How to end my pay monthly plan

I am in a serious pickle. I want to cancel my plan however: My phone is broken and not going to be fixed. I am unable to log in since I cannot remember my username! When I try to use ‘Forgotten Username’ it asks for my phone number and sends a code to my broken phone! Not able to ring customer service since it was closed down In a fit of pique and without reading threads first I ended my Direct Debit!! Resulting in me continuing to get charged, unable to give notice and getting threatening letters from Robert Smith, Collections Manager, who is less than chuffed with me.   Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can’t work out how to move forward

Why do my emails fail to send

I cannot seem to send emails from my phone, even though I am receiving them just fine. I an on ID Mobile, phone is Honor 10 Lite and email provider is Yahoo. I click send and it goes to the outbox but then I get a notification saying the email has failed to send.

Keeping my old Number when swapping from Pay monthly to Sim onlu

Hello.  I am having alot of trouble with this and it is very frustrating. I have been a Pay Monthly Customer for 2 years. When it's come to my upgrade, I have chosen to go with a Sim Only deal as I want to keep my phone. I have chosen a Sim only deal and have received my new Sim Card today. This new Sim card comes with its own phone number.   All I want to do is keep my old Number!! How do i do this?   Any help would be appreciated

end of contract.

Considering I'm actually unable to call ID and carphone warehouse won't tell me anything. My phone contract ended with id the beginning of may, I don't want to stay with ID and I do not wish to renew my contract. So I was wondering if I buy a different sim would I be able to put it in this phone that I got with ID, as the contract is up and I've paid off everything.   Let's hope I can get an answer.

Pin & Fingerprint Log In not working

Despite being set up as fingerprint log in, since Android update 2 weeks ago i can only sign in with email and password on Galaxy a20e. Even if i swap the sign in setting to PIN i still have to use password and email. I have a feeling its the app again and as usual our provider ID is DOING NOTHING!!! yet again. We cant ring to get help, cant email.…   Very annoying ID

Billing error - iD have set up 2 DDs

Joined iD on 27/05/20 on SIM-only monthly-rolling contract. Received 2 letters today 04/06/20 confirming DD - except I have been informed that 2 DDs set up. No Contact centre staff and no Live Chat staff to help due to covid-19 situation. I don’t want 2 payments to go out to iD via 2 DDs. Can someone help please?

Cancel account and complain

Good afternoon,  I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with ID mobile’s lack of care and support.  I have been constantly been trying to call and even with you automated call system, it says please hold if it is urgent.  I am a key worker and have been providing care since the start of all of this, i have not had access to online until today where i then receive a letter from a debt collection service which was out of the blue i have had no correspondence from you this is just not acceptable.  I owe £24 to what i have tried to cancel, i appreciate and understand that there have been many difficulties but this is not OK.  Please can somebody please call me to discuss this from a team

Poor data connection

I'm having data connectiviy issues, and have been for maybe 2 weeks now. Before then it was excellent. Now pages won't load until I switch to WiFi... Really frustrating when it says there's no coverage issues in my area.. Something has definitely changed!

my upgrade wont complete

I’m eligible for an upgrade and I’ve been trying to get an iPhone 11, 24 month contract for £33.99 a month. I go through the mobile ID app and select the phone and go through the process of selecting a plan etc. It takes me to a screen which requests bank details, which I enter, and it takes 1p from my account. A pop up from my bank states the transaction is successful however I then get taken to a screen from ID mobile stating that the card transaction was unsuccessful and that an error has occurred so I'm unable to complete the upgrade. I’ve tried doing this again and again for almost a week now but haven’t been able to find a way to complete the upgrade and I need a phone to work and to contact my family and friends and i dont know what to do. I’ve tried logging into my account through my computer, iPad and through the mobile ID website but this hasn’t resolved the issue either. I can’t phone because all call centers have shut dow and adding onto this my current phone has stopped wo

I cant cancel my number

i have decided to leave id for a better sim. when i proceed to cancel my number through the accounts page I get “Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us” and I cant contact them because they are shut. Is there any way I can end my sim? thanks

Purchase a SIM only package with different number

Hi. Im already an ID customer and happy with my contract. I want to purchase an additional SIM only deal for an old phone I still have that was used in a previous ID contract. I dont want the new purchase to interfere with my current contract re my main phone. So, if I purchase the SIM only, will it have a totally different number, which is what I want. Thanks

I went onto your app and website today just to find that all traces of it had been ridded from both places. Debt recovery

I’ve just received a letter from Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions (CARS) claiming that I owe ID a sum of money for an outstanding balance. But my account is not overdue, and is paid by Direct Debit every month (last payment 16 April). I have not received any notifications from ID about any problems, so do’t understand why I am receiving such a letter. I’m concerned that it’s not legit, so don’t want to contact CARS direct until I know what’s going on from ID. But with the call centre shut I’m a bit stuck! Anyone else had any similar issues? Thanks
