Error ending plan

In the app when I go to My Account > End my plan > End your iD mobile plan it says: Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us When I follow the link it shows the attached error message.

cancelling contract

Hi,   I want to cancel my contract, I'm about half way through and prepared to pay the fees. My problem is I don't know when I would have to pay it when I use the STAC code.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

RE: Changing account name and date of birth

Hi all, My Mum’s recently handed over control of my mobile phone contract to me and I’ve already put my card details into the system. However it isn’t letting me change the date of birth and name from hers to my own. For obvious reasons I’d like to get this sorted as soon as possible so can you advise on how best to do this?  Thank you! S

New accounts issue

Hi all,   I applied for two £8 a month pay monthly Sims, and I got a cancellation message for one of the accounts. Saying that I hadn't passed the credit check.    I thought that meant both accounts would be closed, but I've just received the SIM and notification of the direct debit due to come out.    The Sims are for my children so it's pointless having one, and there's nobody in their contact centres to talk to... Can I get a second SIM or should I just cancel the one I've received and if so how do I do that?    Thanks

Charged for data I haven't used

I used my data today for the first time since I've been in lockdown and was surprised when I got a text that I've reached my data limit? I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate that my dashboard says I've still got 4.5G left and you can also see that on my dashboard I'm being charged 90p extra, even though I still have texts calls and data left? Please help!

SIM card hasn’t arrived - Direct Debit due in 2 days

I ordered my SIM card nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. However the direct debit is already set up and due to be paid. So please sort that issue out ASAP, as I won’t pay for a service I do not receive. Thanks!

Number porting: requested Tuesday 5 May, hasn't yet happened

Hi I submitted my PAC code and other details on Monday 4 May in the evening (i.e. after 5.30pm). I know that if you submit after 5.30 it takes two working days starting the next day, which is Tuesday. It hasn’t happened yet and it’s now Friday. I need this done ASAP please as I can’t access my online banking. Can somebody please help me? thanks Ashley

Small charge after cancelling/returning contract

I ordered a phone online from CPW but cancelled within the 14 day cooling off. Told to cancel DD by CPW. Received a bill from IDM for a nominal amount. When I tried to pay it online there was no option to pay and kept getting sent back to the log in page, and on the app no option to pay at all. I’ve had the amount credited via chat due to the fact that I was trying to pay but was just curious if anybody else has had the same problem?

Broken Contract phone

I broke my contract Iphone 8 last night just dropped and it says touch ID wasnt working then later whole phone stopped working.  My phone is covered for breakage, but I dont know who I contact considering Covid 19 and not going out. I need a new phone. Regards   Ursula

Monthly data phone allowance

Every month when my data and phone call minutes are renewed I can’t make a call because the voice says I need to to top up. I switch the phone off and re-start. I shut down the power and re-start. Nope, still getting the voice saying I’ve used up the allowance (even though I’ve checked and allowances are back to their max). It can take doing the said,, four to five times before something happens an I can actually make a phone call. All I can think is,,’roll on next year’ and I’ll be able to leave this chicken s**t outfit.

I would like an answer or to have a conversation with a member of ID Mobil. My sons contract finished on the 14th April. I also cancelled it on line to which I got a confirmation message to say contract cancelled. I was prompted to keep my DD open for the final payment which I did. The payment was taken out of my account on 5th May which I then cancelled my DD. I've now had messages saying I have a new bill and should reinstate my DD. Why?  Why am I getting charged for something that has run its course and I have cancelled.    Regards Shane Smithies

Galaxy S20 headphones not working

I received my brand new Galaxy S20 5G ready upgrade 3 weeks ago and the included headphones are not working. The phone registers them as a charging device when I plug them in. They worked for one day and the next day, nothing. Any ideas?

Swapping Number Over

I’ve swapped my number back to my old one and on the ID App it now says my old one but every time I send a text, it says it’s from the new number I was given, even though it’s supposed to have swapped… help!

contract cancelled on 20/03/20 but bills keep coming in

I cancelled my SIM only contract on 20/03/20 at 15:27  and I am still being charged. I want to claim for a refund and I also want my contract finally cancelled. I have also requested a Pac Code which I have activated. I don’t know why I keep getting bills for a contract I cannot use, Thank you

Cancelling contract without access to phone number

I need to cancel a sim only pay as you go but i do not have access to the phone number.  I bought the sim thinking i would need it but the phone i intended it for was not unlocked. I subsequently forgot about the sim.    Now i need to cancel the contract but i do not have a unlocked phone that i can use to register online.    How can i cancel it?   Many thanks   Adam

Rejoined iD

I left my iD plan in February 2020 but have access to my account for 6 months. I have rejoined iD this week but I cannot use my email as it is still linked to my previous account.  How will I be able to access my bill and account if my previous account is still linked to my details and number.

Direct debit cancelled

Hi, My bank is showing my ID Mobile direct debit is cancelled for the payment due end of May. Yet on your app it is scheduled and due. Is this an error? The bank have said they cannot reinstate it. Can my direct debit be reinstated please? Thanks
