line rental ??

hi, i was trying to cancel my plan as my contract is soon coming to an end. it said i have a bill that i need to pay for which is correct as it is for my minutes, texts and data. but then it says i also have to pay an extra 25 pound for line rental. what is line rental why am i being charged like 25 pound for it ??

I placed an order for the A71 but after ordering I got an email saying I had ordered an out of stock phone.  I have no idea if I'm getting it out not? . I have heard nothing in the last twenty four hours.

Signal in E17 is quite week

I barely get one bar or two in E17 around Blackhorse road station, anyone else struggle with this? are there any workarounds?  I have tried wifi calling but i’d still like to get a decent signal considering I am paying £45 per month for my plan.  Using iPhone 11,

i can't register a second account

I have two accounts but I can only view one via my account. I understand i need to register a second account with a different email but when I try to go through the registration process it says my details are incorrect but I know they are right. Please can you help. I am looking to upgrade the second account but if I cant access it, I will just cancel and go elsewhere.   Thanks

Pac Code Not Working

Hi,   I am having an issue with trying to transfer my number from ID to another network. I recently transferred to ID however I am having signal issues so leaving again, but when I request a PAC code it is the same code I was given by my last provider, which expired on 24th April, therefore not accepted by my new network.   can someone please help me?   thanks

Bill paid but no reactivation

I have paid my bill today. I urgently need a phone to stay in touch with relatives. It has been a few hours now and the ID still shows my bill as outstanding.   Does it take a long time to show? Do I need to try again? Not the best time to risk duplicate payments.   Person on chat says I need to wait until lock-down over?? I need a phone!

Cancel Pan

my contract will end on the upcoming may 14th, and i want to terminate it just before it finishes, but there are no available services at this moment in time, so i am not able to cancel it and i dont want to renew or upgrade at all with id, i an afraid that my contract will renew itself and  I dont want to be charged with a contract that i am no longer using, please help and respond. i went on the app to cancel my plan but it says i have to call the id company but there are no services available due to the pandemic.

Complaint continued to charge after leaving ID Mobile

Hi all, I had account with ID for my wife. Thing is I set ID number for my wife and to be charged from hers bank.  We canceled contract I think 6 months ago, and my wife said today they still charge me every month. As usual I ask why she do not tell me this before and all the rest nonscence. Anyway, My problem is I can't call them deer go in shop all closed. I can’t remember ph. number wich she have with ID.  Can someone help to solve this puzzle? Thanks Vytas

Hi there Folks I have lost my phone and have had to block my Sim, I went online into my IDmobile account to order a new one and have been directed to the phone number which is of course closed at the moment. Is it possible to order an new sim in an alternative manner? Many Thanks Sean

Cancelling My Contract

I have had this phone for over 2 years and would like to cancel my contract now, I'm unable to do so online and was thinking of simply cancelling the direct debit at the bank as your call centers and online chat is closed. I would also need my PAC code so if you could advise on how to obtain that as well as ive found a cheaper tariff elsewhere.   Thanks

Upgrade to SIM gone wrong

My phone contract came to an end so I clicked on the Upgrade button on the app, which took me to the website. I logged into the website and browsed the deals and signed up for a SIM only deal. Several days later and it seems as though they set me up with a new contract and the company has been unable to sort out a way of contacting them. None of the emails they have sent are clear as to what to do. Given how useless the website was, I should have just moved to another network, but now I seem to be stuck and there is no information about what to do and no way of speaking to anyone about it to get it sorted. Is it really the case that they can’t work out how to get assistance to people? What I expected to happen was when I clicked on the Upgrade link and logged in, the system would realise that I wanted to upgrade the same account and would seamlessly transfer to the new deal. Can anyone shed some light as to what I should do? Thinking cancelling everything and moving is probably easiest

I recently bought an iPhone 8 on contract but there’s a few problems with it but I don’t have time to send it back and wait for a replacement so I was wondering if I could go into a car phone warehouse store and they would be able to replace it there and then

How do I cancel my monthly contract early when call centres are shut and all links are a dead end

I have got my PAC code and final charges amount and wish to cancel my iD contract now along with the Direct Debit.  All links on the app or by phone end up with a dead end due to Coronavirus and the call centre being closed.    So how do I pay my final charge and cancel the contract please?    Please don’t send me the links as I’ve read all the FAQ answers and they don’t work… I need the precise answer of how to pay it and leave please….   Many thanks  David

I can't make calls or send Texts.

Embarrassingly, I fell behind on my bill and had my account suspended. I have now cleared my arrears as well as paid my next bill a little early. It’s been four days since I cleared the arrears and my service hasn’t been turned back on. How can I get my service turned back on if there is no one in the call centre to talk to. I am at a loss as to where to turn to, for this issue to be resolved; any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.
