I don’t know how to find my new id mobile number so that I can register and get the PAC code logged to bring my old number to id mobile

Hi - I’m reading some conflicting info here and on the website. I’m roaming in Spain. I was under the impression that my data limit is capped at 30GB whilst roaming. However, I’ve read here that there is no cap. Which is correct?

Can anyone at IdMobile please explain why coverage in Germany seems to be non-existent? I was on a road trip recently (Italy/Switzerland/Germany/France/UK) and was obtain coverage successfully until I entered Germany. Throughout the German portion of my trip there was absolutely no coverage available (yes, I tried changing to all available providers), then as soon as I entered France it all started working again. 

I'm trying to send my PAC to my new provider. When I request a PAC from ID mobile I keep getting a message to check my old emails for my code as I've already requested it  I don't have an email with a PAC and I need to keep my number. What do I do now?

Hi, I have a Google Pixel phone. I am travelling at the moment and clicked the option to 'turn off SIM card'. I thought this would prevent me from using data while travelling. However, there is no option to turn on my SIM and I have no signal at all. Any ideas how to 'turn on my SIM card' again? Thank you

I’ve been going round in circles for months trying to get my iD Mobile number fixed. I’ve never been able to get a strong mobile signal indoors (thick walls). However, I’m now certain that my Android phone (moto g(6), Model Number (SKU): XT1925-5) which used to work (and has my contacts list on it) is now unable to connect to iD at all, even outside. I also know that phone isn’t on iD’s list of supported models, so I’ve borrowed a device (Google Pixel 3a) that is supported from my father (it still has his contacts, apps etc. on it (not mine)). When I put my iD Mobile SIM in the borrowed Google phone:I can send and receive SMS messages (when outside) I can use 4G Mobile Data (when outside) I’m unable to make or receive calls anywhere, signal or no signal WiFi Calling option doesn’t appear in the SIM Settings for the iD SIM* 4G Calling option doesn’t appear in the SIM Settings for the iD SIM** if I borrow an EE SIM and put it into the borrowed Google phone, the missing options (see items

Once again I am abroad and I am unable to use my phone or receive callsI am in France!I have a plan that includes roaming in 50 countriesI have a Google pixel 9Any ideas why this phone doesn't work abroad?

Hi,I am not receiving OTP messages from my bank. I went through similar topics on the forum, did all the suggested steps to no avail. I have physical SIM card on Android phone. The messages from the bank should appear as a short number as oppose to the name, if that helps to pin point the problem. Please help. Thank you for any advise.

My wife and I have our iPads set to receive messages sent to our iPhones, not our iPads. So we cannot receive OTPs sent when we try to log in to our iPad ID Mobile accounts. We want to change our contracts. On line chat is useless. A letter I wrote ID Mobile Head Office in January remains unanswered. ID Mobile do not have a phone number. How can we progress this?

I upgraded yesterday with a Samsung cromebook go included. Why have I not received this but have received my new phone?

I have received a text message saying my plan has been disconnected due to cancelled direct debit. However when I check online and the app, it looks all ok and payment is scheduled to go out and when I check my bank, the DD is still showing as active.Going through help it suggests a known area and internal investigation needed and raise to the community - which is not really helpful.

I can’t make or receive calls in my house despite having a signal. I have an iPhone 16. I have turned on wifi calling. Switched phone on and off. Reinserted Sim. I am missing important calls what can I do? 

On 11th February 2026, I was contacted by individuals posing as iD Mobile support agents. They falsely claimed that iD Mobile was taking over Three Mobile and that all Three customers were required to switch. They were able to send emails from what appeared to be Three Mobile email addresses and prompted a password reset on my account. Believing this to be genuine, I proceeded.I was charged £29 under the false promise that it was refundable (screenshot attached). A contract was opened in my name without my consent. A device (iPhone) and SIM were dispatched to my address; however, the SIM registered to my number never arrived. Upon receiving the parcel, I immediately called them to clarify that I had never ordered an iPhone and that I believed it had been sent to me in error. They acknowledged this, telling me there had been a mistake in the contents of the package. They subsequently arranged for an Uber to collect the parcel from my address. I have gone over my £75 limit. I have made a payment yesterday of £100 via the app. I’m still unable to use my phone. I am currently in China and need to be able to receive calls and use text. I cant rely on everyone using WhatsApp. How long is it going to take to be able to use my phone again.

Since moving from EE  it’s becoming increasingly frustrating I am unable to use the phone for any sort of browsing texts or calls. When I do a speed test at home while I’m getting 2 bars of 5G coverage it won’t load up web pages, the speed test came back at 6mbps which is ridiculous for what was advertised. It used to be in the hundreds with EE, internet used to be instant. I’m constantly getting calls dropping and texts not coming through. Confirmation codes to log onto sites don’t come through which has been a nightmare for me. It’s not just at home. I went to Meadowhall even on a quiet evening it was impossible to use my phone at all, recently in York it was the same. Couldn’t even load maps, I was lost! It’s just happening far too often it’s not usable. I want to know if this contract can be ended early I want to go back to a good network I feel absolutely scammed.

I have absolutely no signal right now and have frequently experienced drops and cut-offs in recent days.  I don’t know what to do.

Hi, Hopefully quick question. I already have a phone contact on my account, that my son uses. I have just taken out another contract, for my daughter to use. I can't work out how to get this second phone onto my account. I'm also struggling a little to get going on the phone, new iPhone 15. It seems to have cut off my daughter's old (Vodafone) account, but not turned on the new ID Mobile account. Any thoughts gratefully received. Matthew.

Using a pixel 6, fully updated to most recent OS. Using a lebara sim in slot 1 and it works perfectly. ID esim in slot 2.Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed my text messages on ID mobile are particularly bad, even when i am in the house with my wifi. It takes hours for texts to arrive, sometimes days, and phone calls are a joke. Wifi calling is always enabled, and so is RCS text but i have tried it back to ordinary texts and there is no difference.I am being forced to use wifi for everything - eg making calls on whatsapp instead of using the phone app because the signal even with wifi calling drops out and my phone calls abruptly stop or we have that ridiculous “can you hear me? can you hear me now…?” type conversations.My work sim (lebara, piggybacks vodafone) is carrying my entire life right now, but this isn’t what I pay ID for: i want to keep personal and work life separate.It isn’t the phone because it works perfectly well for my lebara sim.I have trouble shot everything

For the last two to three days my network keeps dropping out and only have "emergency calls only available" if I reboot the phone a couple of times it then managed to connect to the network but then after a few hours drops connection again. Why has the network become so up and down.
