network keep dropping.

For the last two to three days my network keeps dropping out and only have "emergency calls only available" if I reboot the phone a couple of times it then managed to connect to the network but then after a few hours drops connection again. Why has the network become so up and down.

Please use the following link to check the coverage in your area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage or try to reinsert your SIM, or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with the handset or with the SIM card itself.

 

Kindly also try doing a network rest to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

Hi thanks for the reply, I have just checked the status of network in my postcode and it states there is a problem being worked on at the moment in my area so let's hope it gets fixed.
