Since moving from EE it’s becoming increasingly frustrating I am unable to use the phone for any sort of browsing texts or calls. When I do a speed test at home while I’m getting 2 bars of 5G coverage it won’t load up web pages, the speed test came back at 6mbps which is ridiculous for what was advertised. It used to be in the hundreds with EE, internet used to be instant. I’m constantly getting calls dropping and texts not coming through. Confirmation codes to log onto sites don’t come through which has been a nightmare for me. It’s not just at home. I went to Meadowhall even on a quiet evening it was impossible to use my phone at all, recently in York it was the same. Couldn’t even load maps, I was lost!
It’s just happening far too often it’s not usable. I want to know if this contract can be ended early I want to go back to a good network I feel absolutely scammed.
