Help!!!

I have gone over my £75 limit. I have made a payment yesterday of £100 via the app. I’m still unable to use my phone. I am currently in China and need to be able to receive calls and use text. I cant rely on everyone using WhatsApp. How long is it going to take to be able to use my phone again.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@s.king53     

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Unfortunately even after paying another £50 making £150 now. My phone is still not working. Please can sort this out for me?
