Account showing my Plan has been disconnected

I have received a text message saying my plan has been disconnected due to cancelled direct debit. However when I check online and the app, it looks all ok and payment is scheduled to go out and when I check my bank, the DD is still showing as active.

Going through help it suggests a known area and internal investigation needed and raise to the community - which is not really helpful.
