PAC code email

I'm trying to send my PAC to my new provider. When I request a PAC from ID mobile I keep getting a message to check my old emails for my code as I've already requested it  I don't have an email with a PAC and I need to keep my number. What do I do now?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I understand how important it is to keep your number.

It sounds like a PAC has already been generated on your account, which is why you’re being prompted to check your emails. PAC codes are valid for 30 days, so it may still be active.

If you can’t locate the email, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If it’s still not there, we can request a new PAC for you please send us private message.
