Sim 1 not allowed

My phone (s10e) keeps flashing up with Sim 1 not allowed and an icon that looks like two M's. It doesn't stay for long. Can anyone advise is this an issue with my Sim card please?

unable to make/receive calls

For the last 4/5 days I have been unable to make or receive calls, not even on wifi calling, signal is fine, 4g running well, can send and receive text messages, have turned my phone on and off a few times, I have done a soft reset, none of which has worked, can someone help please :)

ID contract to ID sim only

Hi, I have just received a sim only iD sim, I am currently on a iD contract that is due to finish 27.05 but wanted to start using the sim (monthly sim only) now. I understand that I will have to pay the last month of my existing contract, but how to I transfer to the new sim and make sure the old contract is finished and my number transfers? (I have my PAC code)? ….Help!!!

keeping my sim only number on pay monthly

Hi  I have a sim only contract with iD mobile but needed to upgrade my phone and so have bought another phone on a pay monthly contract. I want to keep my old number but can't work out how to do this. I saw an old thread that said it wasn't possible but that's kind of unhelpful as I've had my mobile number for the past 20 years so I can't even begin to think of all the things I have to change to switch to a new number. Is there a way I can transfer the old number? Thanks

upgrading sim deal problem !

I was upgrading my Sim deal, and it asked me to use my card for a £0.01 transaction which I did. Then I said ‘place order’ and it said ‘some details missing, call7777’ (helpline) all my details are filled out so I don't know what the problem is.   did my order go through

how to canel a direct debit after 2 years?

Hi i have had a phone on contract with id mobile for 2 years i got an emial saying it it due for renue or i can cancel. So due to covid-19 i havent been able to speak to anybody regarding this or anything. So i have cancellled the direct debit does anyone know what will happen now? And i want to cancel i dont want another contract.

How long before sim stops working

Hi, I'm deciding to cancel my contract since it runs out next month, was curious as to how long my phone will work for (will it continue to work throughout the 30 day disconnection period) and will I have access to the data etc on my contract

Upgrade Not Completing - Personal Details Invalid or missing

I have tried multiple times to upgrade my phone now, both using the app and through my computer and every time is take 1p, gets right to the end and stops saying ‘some personal details are missing or invalid’. I have checked all of my details several times and they are all correct, yet the process will still not complete and I cannot ring 7777 to find out what these details are. Please help.

SIM not delivered so can't register or do anything as support closed !

I signed up and ordered a sim on 16th April. I have had all the welcome letters etc including my number and the direct debit confirmation. Allowing for Covid postal delays the sim should be here. I’ve had loads of mail posted much much later that has arrived. My original phone contract is due to end very shortly and without the sim i can do nothing. What now ? No one working from home on ID ?

Order Confirmation not Received after Upgrade

Had a letter saying I can now upgrade on my pay monthly plan. Using my online account selected the phone and package I want to move to for the next 24months. However I have an order number and there is a penny pending in my bank acount transactions however my bank shut down my credit card temporaliy because it belives iD Moblie is fraudulent. After I confirmed it was indeed legit it said redo any declined transactions, but I have recieved no correspondence from iD and no indication on my account that I have upgraded. Do I need to reorder again?  Also because I went through online to upgrade as an existing customer, will my number just transfer to the new package automatically?   Thanks in advance.

Paying my Bill - no account access

I recently switched from pay monthly to PAYG. I have a final bill of £13 to pay. Normally I'd be able to call and pay over the phone but I can't at the moment as the call centre is closed. The £13 is now overdue. I can't make payment through the app or the website as it is taking me to the sign in page when I try to view the bill, it's a constant circle.  How can I pay what I owe?

strange connection issue

Hi recently joined to iD Mobile and all good, but noticed a lot of times got internet problem let me explain while at home am connected with my wifi and data enabled, as soon as i get out the phone start using data but can not load anything it says connected 4g but there is no internet, did mobile data toggle on and off with no effect, only working withairplane mode toggle, afterwards everything returns to normal and internet working, am using Iphone 11 pro max and did not experienced this problem with my previous network provider.

wet phone no longer turning on

My Sony experia handset recently got wet and now will not turn on at all. I've warmed it to try and dry it out but still nothing. Any ideas how to resolve?

PAC lost, no access to idaccount

Hi,  I cancelled my id contract but firgot to transfer to my new account.  I dint have access to my account anymore. I cant request new pac because my sim is not working.    Is there anyway i can get new pac?    Thanks,

update problem with tariff and texts

i upgraded this month both my tariff and phone. my bill has just appeared and is quoting my old tariff and have been over charged as I now have unlimited minutes, yet my tariff on the app had shown my new tariff instantly on my allowance. can someone please arrange to change my bill asap so this amount is not taken my account. i have also switched from iphone to samsung and can longer send or receive texts from iphones - pls also fix asap.

Hi,  I have been with ID mobile for over two years. I entered into a contract to pay monthly for two years.    Now I have reached the end of two years I would like to remain with ID but go to a cheaper deal as I have paid off the cost of the phone.    Please can someone assist.   Thanks, Patrick

Urgent Help Required Please!!!

I posted a question yesterday regarding a couple of texts I have received about a PAC code and Port-Out request. An update this morning, I can now no longer connect to the iD network on my phone. I have just gone on to the app and seen that I am being charged for a termination fee of £178~. Once again I did not request this and if someone could get in touch with me as soon as possible, I would really appreciate any help in getting this sorted out because I believe someone has been able to hack my number/account in some way.

Restricted services:

I have paid the bill days ago and still have restricted services and have been messaged multiple times from various iD staff members all saying to go to live chat but the URL is down with the link that has been private messaged to me. I really need my phone working as I am driving my mum to the care home where she works and they have reports of COVID-19 at their residences where she works so please hurry up and lift my services ASAP as I don't owe any money on my account.

Trying to cancel contract without an active handset

I have been trying to cancel my contract since February, when my daughter moved to a new handset and different phone number. The ID number has no active handset so each time I have tried the links to cancel the account it sends a text into a black hole, and there is no phone line I can call to deal with this! at the time of buying new phone, carphone warehouse told me they were cancelling the ID account and contract (which had already run it’s two years). I am now getting debt collection letters every few days and threats that the phone is restricted - but the phone doesn’t exist! I am paying the bills as they come but have no idea how to get out of this situation?
