IMS Not Registered

Hello, In trying to get set up with WiFi calling I noticed my phone wasnt IMS registered. I have signal and can get onto 4G but even though I have 4G calling & WiFi Calling enabled, it always uses the old 2G H calling method.   I have tried a number of things from restarting phone, reseting network settings, taking sim out for an hour, and even using the ID phone settings support page but nothing seems to work.   The only think I can now think of is that it requires something on iD’s end, something I have also noted is my handset has never displayed my number on it, as if it doesn’t know what my phone number is? I dont know if maybe all of this could be related to me having ported my number over?   Thanks

Direct debit not received

Okay, so I have been charged twice this month for my phone. It is usually £25.66. I asked my boyfriend about it and apparently they didn't recieve my payment for last month but it went out of my bank. Can someone help!

Cancel Monthly Contract

no SIM error

Hi I have transfered my SIM from an unlocked iPhone SE to a unlocked iPhone 7.  on the new phone I get “no sim” on the top right of the iPhone.    idmobile are closed. Is there anything I need to do to activate on the new phone?   thanks

Problem With Payment Verification Issue Date

Hi Im helping someone order a sim only and when I they get to the screen for ‘1p’ and card verification I they can enter all card details in the boxes except for the final two boxes asking for the month and year of issue for card, these two boxes refuse to allow details to be entered. As a consequence my Visa/debit payment is refused, having attempted several times to enter details, which I know to be correct my payment is repeatedly refused. I can see from past post other people have the same problem, of which one was solved but it was not explained how? https://community.idmobile.co.uk/bills-allowances-charges-21/problem-with-payment-verification-846 It appears there may be a technical problem with verification page. Direct debit

I have 3 accounts in my name (2 sons and husband) I changed my bank account direct debit inmMarch and now either my bill doesn't get taken or it is taken on completely different days from before. They were on different days but I changed one date to be the same as one of the others, but it doesn't seem to have been changed. Thanks

PAC code request and cancel contract

My contract ends on 15th May and I want to cancel my contract as I am switching to a new provider. I want to keep my number so need a PAC code ASAP please as my new phone has arrived. I sent a text to request my PAC code yesterday but nothing has arrived. I urgently need my PAC  code please.  DOB 01/06/46.

Oustanding balance even though Bill is paid

I am in desperate need of help, i have 2 newborns that are not well and I have to contact doctors everyday to update them on how they are doing. With my phone still saying 0.00 balance I am unable to do so and dont have any other phone to contact them with. Please help me support team

Hi, I would like to buy a Gold iPhone 11 Max Pro for upfront cost of £149.99 and the £52.99 a month. On your website it states it’s sold out but when directed from compare the market website it allows me to add the phone to the basket.   Can you please advise if the phone is available?   Thank you

Upgrade SIM only to SIM only

Rather than do an add-on, I chose to upgrade my existing id SIM only to a different allowance (including unlimited minutes) and cost. When I use the app it shows my new allowance and my new bill correctly. I have received a new SIM in the post, but, so far havent used this. Today, I have had a text to say that I’ve used 100% of my minutes allowance and will be chaged 40p per minute for every call. My question is, do I need to put in the new SIM?? (on the FAQ I’ve found both yes and no answers to this question, and none were recent) The reason I haven’t is because I am worried that it will be a different number or that it won’t work and I won’t have my work phone?? Why is the text I’ve received different from my allowance on the app? PLEASE can somebody answer this. Thank you

lost phone

Long story short, Carphone Warehouse have lost my iPhone 6s Plus after I sent it in for a repair. I've been offered a £349 voucher to spend on a new phone from Carphone Warehouse, but they canf offer me like for like and as I like the Plus phones (larger ones), I'm struggling as they dont offer the iPhone 7 plus either, and to buy the Iphone 8 plus itd involvecme paying out a load of money on top of the £349, which I dont want to do. In an ideal world I'd settle for a like for like, a 6s Plus, failing me getting a satisfactory outcome, do I have grounds to avoid my contract as cant supply me with either a like for like or a phone that's acceptable. Activating a new SIM

I have received a new SIM (not a replacement) for a new device using an email address that I use for an existing SIM that I do not wish to replace. How can both SIMs be registered to the same email address, which is used to manage the account?

phone cut off

I paid my mums phone bill over 6 days ago and nothing she still not able to use her phone being poorly at home I need her to have a working phone can you turn her back on please also not fair for her to have to pay this months as she has not used any of it

I requested PAC code requested instead of STAC

I requested PAC code instead of STAC code, and when I now request the STAC code it says it can’t give me it as I have already been given PAC.  I am trying to move number from one ID mobile phone to another. Live chat not on so dont know where to request they cancel PAC code.

hi i know the email that my bills get sent to. i accidentally cancelled my direct debit and when i tried logging I had forgotten my password. when i try using the forgotten password link it says to enter a valid email even though i am. if i try recovering my credentials and then try to enter my phone number and my other details to fix this, it says 'Something wasn't quite right' ! Not sure what is going on but cannot get through via phone or via live chat so would really like to sort this out ASAP. Thanks, William

Push texts / Push SMS not working

Verification texts sent to my mobile are not coming through. I need this to connect to my workplace VPN. Colleagues on other networks are having no issues, only those on ID mobile or 3, so it's clearly a network issue. Please can you let me know if the issue is known, and is at least being resolved?
