PAC Code required

I am considering leaving iD Mobile as the coverage where I live and work is not ideal but I need the PAC code to keep my number which I have had for over 25 years ( it is an old Orange number , remember them? ) so how do I go about getting the PAC number , believe I have to text a premium rate number which is not allowed on my call plan as I have no add ons.

unable to receive text messages

I've been on ID for a few months now and now my phone has been unable to receive incoming text messages. I can send texts and receive/send calls but I don't get any incoming texts. I'm also unable to get OTP for my amazon,  Google,  Bank, PayPal account which means I'm unable to access this. I've restarted my phone nothing worked.  Have contacted live chat two times in a row but they're are not helpful my issue has not been resolved.

Signal dropping

Galaxy A52 - Out of Stock

I ordered a Galaxy A52 5G, Lilac. The app said that it would be available on 23/3/2021. I was planning to giving my current phone to my mother this weekend as her phone broke. Now the website says that the phone won't be available until mid April. What's going on? Money has been taken from my credit card and I've had no email to explain the delay.

switching over my old number

hi I applied for keeping my old number on Sunday evening. it’s now Tuesday and I can’t speak to anyone at ID to find out if it has worked. I’ve had no text verification and sometimes my phone rings with the number and other times it hasn’t. also have my old sim still connected which shouldn’t be happening. please find out for me or help me !!!

PLEASE can someone help me cancel this contract!!

I have been going round and round in circles following all the links that I have been advised to follow but ID are making it impossible to cancel my contract. I am happy to pay my fine too. I have been sent my STAC code but there is no link or information as to where to put this. The customer service link at bottom takes me back to the same page all over again. I am thinking the only way is to open a case with consumer watchdog as am at my wits end.

Plan options in my account differ from the website

I’m helping my mum change her plan as she’s finished the duration of the contract and there’s a  plan that offers 4GB data, unlimited mins/texts for £6 on the main website. This plan is not available in the change plan section in my account as it displays the same plan for £8. The live chat button doesn’t work as it’s coded to not link to anything and there’s no customer services number to call. Can you help.

Adult Restrictions

I have tried to remove the adult restrictions by selecting settings, but when I do there is no toggle for adult content.All I have is Voicemail, Roaming, International and Premiumanyone have any suggestions and please please do not say go to Account, select My Services and slide the toggle...I have logged into my account on 4 different platform and tried that its NOT THERE!  I can't get through to anyone on the phone in order to make a payment, Id mobile knows my age.. I am 29. The phone options just sends me back to the website, under every option! If this doesn't get lifted asap I'm leaving id mobile.

Tried to upgrade to sim only contract, was about to pay. Put bank details in and it says card has been declined though it shows up on my bank statement as pending. Any way to sort this?

Unable to Register

Hello, I am trying to register so I can view my account/bills/etc. However, when I enter my number, last name and year of birth it says one of the details is incorrect. Same problem on the website an the app.

How to use classic PAYG as a new customer

Sorry if my English is bad,I’m considering switching to iD mobile as it has one of the best classic PAYG rates : (3p per minute/ 2p per text/ 1p per MB). However I cannot find a way to request a free sim. I’ve looked everywhere and it seems the only way is to buy the cheapest PAYG bundle which is £6 a month, then cancel/return the subscription. My question is, is there any way to get the classic PAYG without cancelling/returning the bundle as I would rather not buy the bundle. If there is no way to do this, then how do i cancel the bundle and get my money back after buying the bundle so I can use the classic PAYG.

I am an existing customer, my 24 month contract has ended and I have changed to a sim only, monthly contract.  I have received a new sim in the post - do I need to use this new sim or can i carry on with my existing sim card?

What is the email address for iD mobile?

iD mobile have sent me emails and I would like to send emails back.  I requested my PAC code from my old provider on Friday. I submitted it before 5:30pm on Friday. I waited all weekend and all day yesterday (yesterday was a working day) for my phone number to be ported. It hasn’t been ported. Please can you let me know when it will be transferred today? Thanks.

Getting an ID PAC

I have tried to get my PAC code twice by sending PAC ddmmyy to 65075 and both times I have been sent the code that EE sent to me when I left them. Can you please help?

Missed DPD delivery

I was expecting my phone to be delivered on 08/02/2021 but missed the delivery as I was at work. Someone from my block told the delivery driver that I didn't live there and the parcel was returned to Carphone Warehouse. I've been without a phone since then and urgently need it. I'm a keyworker and need to take regular covid tests I am unable to do this without my phone as I have no number to get my results at.
