Mobile network not available for voice calls.

My phone will not make calls. It says "mobile network not available for voice calls”. My children, who both have phones on the iD network too, and are in the same house, are able to make calls with no problem. What might be causing this issue?

Why has the signal in my area deteriorated, to the point of the entire network disappearing?

Since Xmas the signal strength in my area has dropped significantly to the point that people are unable to contact me. I have followed advice and tried using 3G but that has made no discernible difference.It looks to me like we have a transmitter issue locally so how can I report it? The contact methods now available with ID are not proving helpful as ‘Chat Bot’ is not working and ‘Contact Us’ as described under hep and support cannot be found.It is so bad now it looks like I will have no option but to leave ID and join another service which is a shame as ID was been fine up until Xmas. Any suggestions please?

£30 sign-up voucher not received

Hi,I joined iD on a SIM only plan at the end of August, which was supposed to include a £30 Currys or Amazon gift card. According to the email I received as part of the sign-up process (see screenshot below), I should have received details on how to select my reward within 90 days, but I’ve received nothing.The email I received said to complete an online form if I hadn’t received my voucher within 90 days, which I did over 3 weeks ago, but I’ve still not received any kind of response.I understand it’s possibly GiftCloud who should have sent me the voucher, but since all communications I’ve received have been “iD” branded, I assume iD should be able to put me in touch with the correct team at GiftCloud to assist me (bearing in mind I’ve already completed their ‘missing voucher’ form but heard nothing back).Here’s a screenshot of the email:

Hi, My iPhone SE 2020 keeps dropping calls constantly when I use the lightning headphones to make calls. I use this feature constantly with my phones For work so I need to be able to use the headphones to talk. thank you

Number transfer not working

Anyone having issues with their old number transferring over to ID mobile? I am 2 weeks since the transfer should've taken place - my old sim stopped working on the day expected but I still cannot receive calls or text messages. Getting very little back from ID mobile on messenger and also raised a complaint that's going nowhere. Been told the issue for the delay is 'file exchange process'

Google Pixel 7 Offer - £100 Currys Voucher Not Yet Received

Hi there,I've recently seen a lot of topics regarding the missing Currys voucher from the November offer of the Google Pixel 7, and I'm also in the same situation. My concern is that I have spoke with both ID Mobile and Currys over the past few weeks, in which I have received various sources of information. I spoke with ID mid December who said that: "Currys are the one sending out the gift card" and I should speak with them. So I did just that. The strange thing was, after speaking with Currys about the missing gift card, their advisor actually told me via live chat that they would be sending me out a physical gift card shortly, and should be received after 7-14 days. After the 14 days, nothing arrived so I went back to Currys, told them the situation and the new advisor then said: "They don't quite understand why the previous advisor said that as they can't legally access ID Mobile orders from their system". Given the date of 30th for old number to transfer to new phone after waking up this morning still with temporary number I got through to a customer service advisor who assured me I had to wait until 6pm when it will definitely be done. It has now past 6pm please please help!

£100 Currys Voucher - link from Money Saving Expert - SCAM?

I ordered my Pixel 7 on the 19th November through an affiliate link on MSE’s phone finder tool. I was told that I’d get a £100 Currys Voucher, and that’s the ONLY reason I joined this god forsaken network. Why am I yet to receive my voucher, 30 days AFTER the promo has ended?

I cant send or receive calls or text messages whilst abroad in Kenya

Hi there, Please help urgently - I am abroad in Kenya and cannot send or receive texts or calls. I need to receive a text from the government gateway to verify me to allow me into my tax account. I need to get access ASAP.I have tried putting my sim in another phone, I have tried turning it off and on again, I have made sure my account on the ID app is switched on for international calls/texts/roaming, I have manually selected SAFARICOM, TELKOM and AIRTEL - for the first two it just searches and no signal bars appear and the last one searches for ages then it says it can’t connect. Please can you sort this out as soon as you can I really need to get into my tax account or I risk being charged a lot of money. Thanks

Can't upgrade phone - "Some of your personal details are invalid or missing"

I am trying to upgrade my phone after a r 24 month contract Every time I try to check out, I get the error message “Some of your personal details seem to be invalid or missing. Please call 7777 to update your details.” Is is because my address has changed since I purchased the phone and if so how can I fix this?? Please help! Thanks

Hello, I am quickly getting the impression that although this company offer good deals they are in no rush to help you with your queries, does anyone on here know how ..we put in the PUK code they gave us, it then asks for a passcode, which they gave us however is incorrect. Unable to checkout when purchasing upgrade

Have moved from Vodafone to iD and ported my number across. Only to find that my phone cannot see the iD network. The phone is a artfone C1. So I need to get a PAC code but how can I do that if the phone will not work for me to text and receive the code
