Top Cashback reward never materialised after signing up last November

TOP CASHBACK; Like the many complainers regards their ‘missing’ CURRYS gift voucher, seems ID Mobile have a history here; I signed up to them via above cashback site on 1/11/22.Top Cashback advised ID Mobile have still not issued the payment I was promised at sign up😫. What’s the delay??

just joined id but my new sim isnt working

I’ve just joined id, I’ve put my SIM card in to my new phone and I have no service, I’ve checked my service and should have ‘very good’ service in my area, I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and none have worked.

Cant make or receive calls

When I try to make a call it says 'Your service does not allow this'.  Also cant receive calls however can send and receive texts. This problem started about 2 weeks ago. Have an Android phone and it's worked fine for 2yrs. Any solution?

Using a Series 6 apple watch through ID Mobile

Hi,It transpires that I cannot use the cellular function on my brand new apple watch (series 6) with my current ID mobile plan despite other networks supporting this function.Other than cancelling my contract with ID mobile (which is a last resort) is there any way through ID mobile that this new watch can be supported? or not?Thanks

I cannot receive phone calls although I can receive text messages.

I recently moved to idmobile keeping my phone number. I am using the sim from my old device. Unfortunately I cannot receive phone calls although I can receive text  messages. I’ve noticed it says ‘No service’.   My phone is an iPhone 7. Let me know should you require any further information. Thank you, Tim

upgraded and cant make or receive calls?

I upgraded my phone the other day. I now can’t make or receive calls. I kept my number and just transferred my sim from my old phone to the new one. My ID dashboard says I have unlimited minutes etc but can’t make or receive?

faulty Apple phone

Has anyone had iD mobile actually uphold the consumer rights act 2015? I have a Genius Bar report from Apple stating that my phone has an inherent fault and that the handset should be replaced under the consumer rights act. I have made numerous complaints to iD mobile trying to get a replacement and they’re refusing to uphold the law. This is literally fraud and their scamming me. I’ve reported them to trading standards, but any advice would be much appreciated. The stress this has caused me has be horrendous and has been ongoing for 9 months.

my phone number has only been partially transferred

I have transferred my old phone number to my new phone. And canceled my old contract.    my Phone number works when I get called, but not when I text ( it’s still using the number the phone came with) and therefore I am not receiving my texts.    I have been told the switch has happened I have re started my phone  I am not sure what to do now    thank you

OnePlus 6 WiFi Calling

I have a OnePlus 6 with an ID SIM. Great phone but mobile coverage where I live is rubbish... OnePlus are not included on the list of phones that can support ID WiFi calling. No outgoing calls texts or mobile data

I switched to iD last week successfully, changed my number over and it was all activated and working perfectly fine from 27th October until the morning of 2nd November.I made a call this morning at 8am, but when I went to send a text and make a call later the same day at 1pm, the text failed saying "couldn't send message" and the call failed saying "the number you have called has not been recognised". I also noticed there was no mobile data available but I could connect to WiFi.I tried calling and texting various different numbers on different networks, restarted the phone, took sim out, airplane mode on and off, manually selected the network (it said successfully registered on network) nothing worked. I spoke with iD's live chat who asked me to try the sim in a different handset, I did that but it was still having the same issues. They suggested it might be a coverage issue, but I've had perfectly fine coverage for the past week, and my partner who is also on iD has had coverage for m

number lost during porting

Hi I requested my ID mobile number to be ported out . i had a PAC from ID which i used. Something went wrong , my id sim has gone “ dead”  and  my number from ID mobile is no longer working. when i call that number, i get message “ this number is not recognised”. Pls help urgently as all my contacts have my id mobile number which is no longer working.  many thanks

Data Sim for iPad Pro

Yesterday I purchased a data only sim on ID for my IPad Pro. It’s arrived and as I’ve gone to set up an account, it’s asking me for a text code, no texts will come through to my iPad so how do I activate this? I’ve bought it from carphone warehouse yesterday.

Cannot roam in Greece.

Hi, I have just returned from Rhodes Greece, and no matter what I did could not get roaming to Work. Enabled roaming on my account before I went, manually set phone to 3G. Still no good. Thing is I had same problems in Germany, first time I took Android On Xiaomi A1, September last year. On that occasion I edited the APN as suggested and it worked with editing. Thought it would be ok in Greece with those settings advised, but no joy on Rhodes. Any suggestions as I am going to Spain Portugal in September, thanks in advance for any insight people may have experienced

Oppo Find X3 Neo 12G RAM Utter junk or is it provider data issues? 14 cool off?

Hi…I was with O2 for so many years, not upgraded since Huawei P20 Mate Pro was on sim only as no phones of interest.Fast forward saw ID mobile and the Oppo Find X3 Neo and its large 12G RAM and 256gb storage, figured I’d give it a go, read good reviews on phone, etc.Phone arrived a day early, looks nice, lovely screen picture, etc..But quickly I noticed data and performance issues and its REALLY BAD at simple 4k 30fps DJI MP4 video editing on Powerdirector Pro, even photo editing via Photoshop Express and Lightroom Mobile is painful and hangs for 30 odd seconds before actually saving a jpeg.I’m also struggling to get on various websites when out, although signal states good and 4g or 5g but Spotify works in car (Streaming)Every time I arrive home the phone goes mad, chiming, beeping for messages, FB, Instagram, etc basically as soon as it connects to my wifi network.Surely this cant be right, I mean 12Gb of RAM!!! or is it just nasty cheap RAM?To compare, my P20 Mate Pro is only 6Gb RA

new phone contract

I purchased an iPhone 12 contract yesterday it didn’t tell me the phone was out of stock or on pre order then afterwards I got an email saying the phone is either not in stock or on pre order why would it not say this before buying? I’d like to know when the phone is being dispatched and the live chat won’t work on any browser I try it just doesn’t launch?

My calls arent connecting

I am on a SIM only contract. Unlimited calls & text messages. I changed over to this contract in July 2020. Over the past two days when I make a telephone call, the other persons phone rings but when they answer neither of us can hear anything nor speak. I can hear no ringing tone nor connection either.  Please could someone advise? Amanda Bailes

Cancelled contract, final bill is wrong and no refund on upfront cost

I purchased a pay monthly phone plan on 15/11/2021. I then cancelled this contract in UNDER 14days and you confirmed as received on 26/11/2021 (11days)I got a final bill of £28.94… I’m unsure how it is so high as the phone plan was £43.99, I hadn’t even taken it out of the packaging or used a SIM card.  So it is extremely high for 11days  I contacted via live chat to express my concerns, who told me to ignore that final bill and it was still being processed and I would get another final bill. it’s now 09/12/2021. I still don’t have a correct final bill (although I’m within my 14day cooling off period so I believe there should be zero charge on the account)!  I haven’t seen a paper copy come through the post either! ANDI am still waiting for a refund of £49 that I paid upfront for the cost of the phonePlease update meApril

minutes allowance

HiI've downloaded app for international calls. I've topped up "the card" so I could spent the money for international calls. After some time of international conversation,  the money has been taken from my account in app and also I've got a message from ID, that I've used 100% of my minutes allowance (I have unlimited minutes and texts) and I'll be now charged 40p/minute for every standard UK call I make. My question is, why I'm charged for international calls by ID, if I'm using the other app for international calls which I'm already pay for???

MMS charges on texting

Done the chat on line and phone calls but still not resolved this issue. Why is one number in my contacts always charged as mms when I have only set a simple text no pictures or emojis. Although ido send emojis to other contacts they do not show up in add on as a charge. This was passed to your technical team, I got a text saying they have checked and the billing is correct. This needs resolving I’d have obviously got a problem here you only have to look on line.

Ported my number, but old number still showing in texts

Hello,  I joined Id Mobile about a week ago from Tesco Mobile.  The transfer via a PAC went well and was done within the promised 24 hours.After setting up everything on the phone from backups, I’ve noticed that texts are still showing the number that came with the Id SIM, and not the number that was ported from Tesco.The phone is a Nokia 5.3, running Android One (shows as Android 10 in settings)While this isn’t the end ofthe world, I’d really like to fix it!Many thanksDenise

PLan upgraded to unlimited calls but notified I've used up my call allowance?

I changed my plan around 5days ago as I was running out of free minutes. My new plan is for unlimited minutes, and it shows that in my account details. I’ve now just received a text saying I have used 100% of my minutes and will be charged 40p per min for UK calls; perhaps I should buy an add-on. But I have unlmited minutes: how can this be? Do I need an add-on or do I just continue to make calls? I now have to use my phone for work so need the unlimited calls...

Motorola Moto G6 plus wifi.

I have just received my new Moto G6 plus on ID. But it will not connect to the wifi network. My Samsung A5 works fine as do other people ising Samsung and Apple phones. It did find the Network but wouldnt connect saying 'out of range' thats despite being next to the rooter. I have reset the router which made no diference. I have noticed that the ip addresdes are 10. Range. I cannot get access to the router settings as I live in supported housing so all IT related problems are through them. It must be a phone setting as everyone else can connect and i could connect to a hotspot down the road. Any help would be appreciated.

data on but not working

Over the last couple of months I have had problems with my data. On my phone (iPhone) I have a full signal and the 5g or 4g showing but I am unable to use data. To get round this I have to turn the phone off and on and then it works. It doesn’t do it in just one place which would make me think a signal problem but could this be a sim problem?

All calls from a particular number are going directly to my voicemail

As per the title.All calls from a particular number are going directly to my voicemail, Instead of my phone ringing.  I've checked that the number isn't blocked.  I need to get this resolved as the number is a helpdesk that rings me when I have an issue to resolve, and I'm paid on results!
