Contract ended, changed to SIM only, being charged for both

Hi, My 24 month contract ended in March. I changed to a SIM only package and received a new SIM card. I tried to keep my same number and when directed entered the details to activate my new SIM only to be told it was already activated. Since then I have been charged for both the SIM only and my monthly contract fee is still being taken by direct debit. Any ideas? Thanks Lorraine

Proof of purchase for iPhone

I am trying to get proof of purchase for my iPhone so that I can submit an insurance claim. I asked for it via Instant Chat on Wednesday (lunchtime) and was told it would take 24 - 48 hours. I still haven't received it. I rang the customer services yesterday but they couldn't help me, although they promised to send an email to the agent who corresponded with me on Wednesday. Is there anything else I can do except wait? The phone screen is quite badly damaged and I really need to get it sorted. Thanks.

Outstanding bill of £0

I recently paid my bill but am still unable to make phone calls. When I try it says to pay the outstanding balance of zero pounds zero pence. How do I fix this?

iPhone 15 Pro Max - FaceTime and iMessage activation Issues

Hello! I really really need help… firstly I work in IT so I’m pretty clued in with how to sort these things usually, fixed many a family members phone etc… I recently took out a new contract with iD with the plan of double porting my number out to another network and back in to the new contract… I got my new 15 Pro Max in the post yesterday (the day after all the network outages with Three/ID in the UK) and basically, I've had nothing but issues activating iMessage. It was working absolutely fine on my old phone, until I swapped the SIM card into the new one, suddenly I’m getting “iMessage Activation - An error occurred during activation. Try again.” No amount of flipping the switch on and off makes any difference. I’ve troubleshooted with Apple, ID customer service, Live Chat, in store at Curry's, I’ve restored my phone to factory settings- even got a new SIM card from Curry's and swapped onto that! you name it, I’ve done it. iMessage won’t activate on either phone, with my old number

When will the poor network coverage in Liverpool be fixed?

Despite the coverage checker claiming of good coverage in the north Liverpool area, the phone and internet signal is weak. The Three website for my postcode states a maintenance issue and never provides updates. I've tried calling Three but they send me to a foreign call centre who refuses to help and hangs up on me. Can anyone in ID mobile help as I ought to switch to another provider otherwise. Many thanks.

Hi I currently have a plan but I am past the date of which I can refund it im not keen on the phone im using and was wondering if im allowed to continue the contract using a different handset and sell my current one? Even though im still under contract

Mobile network not available for voice calls.

My phone will not make calls. It says "mobile network not available for voice calls”. My children, who both have phones on the iD network too, and are in the same house, are able to make calls with no problem. What might be causing this issue?

I've just received my second bill and it's 59 pound instead of 36.99, it says it's a monthly reccuring charge what is this, my bill isn't supposed to be that high

Can't receive texts

Got a really strange problem. For just the last day or so, I haven’t been receiving any texts, when I know for a fact I’ve been sent several (including from my husband’s and daughter’s phones today as a test - they’re both on different networks). Yet I’m able to send them (again, tested today), and also send and receive calls. Checked local network coverage and can’t see any problems. No other obvious issues with my phone, and yes I’ve tried turning it off and on again etc.Any ideas anyone?? Any ideas gratefully received, thanks.

How do I speak to someone about why I am being billed so much

I am struggling here with ID mobile and its making me miserable.  My phone screen is completely shattered and I cant get it replaced.  Until I get through to someone Im being charged a ridiculous amount and I just want someone to clarify why and help me reduce the amount. My monthly line rental should only be 12-15 pounds but I am regularly paying 50 pounds because of small bolt ons that I didn't want to be recurring. The website is abysmal and unclear, the bills are unclear as to why im being charged so much, and what the payment category of ‘UK’ means.  I thought I had been paying insurance. I am pretty sure I have insurance but I cant navigate the website or speak to anyone.  If someone could get back to me regarding why my bill is so high and how I can go about repairing my phone so im not being charged while my phone lies broken.

iPhone SE dropping calls

Hi, My iPhone SE 2020 keeps dropping calls constantly when I use the lightning headphones to make calls. I use this feature constantly with my phones For work so I need to be able to use the headphones to talk.    thank you

Google Pixel 7 Offer - £100 Currys Voucher Not Yet Received

Hi there,I've recently seen a lot of topics regarding the missing Currys voucher from the November offer of the Google Pixel 7, and I'm also in the same situation. My concern is that I have spoke with both ID Mobile and Currys over the past few weeks, in which I have received various sources of information. I spoke with ID mid December who said that: "Currys are the one sending out the gift card" and I should speak with them. So I did just that. The strange thing was, after speaking with Currys about the missing gift card, their advisor actually told me via live chat that they would be sending me out a physical gift card shortly, and should be received after 7-14 days. After the 14 days, nothing arrived so I went back to Currys, told them the situation and the new advisor then said: "They don't quite understand why the previous advisor said that as they can't legally access ID Mobile orders from their system". I then asked Currys how and who is actually sending me the gift card, in whi

OTP from bank not arriving

I have recently moved to iD and received a new phone and sim which I have ported my original number to. I can receive OTP from every service, including Amazon, delivery services and video streaming services, but I never receive my OTP messages from my bank. This has caused massive issues for me as I cannot conduct online or mobile banking. I have checked the message settings and refreshed the RCS chats etc but this hasnt fixed it. I have checked with the bank and they have stated there is no issue their side.  I have contacted iD Live Chat but they are BEYOND USELESS. I was initially told they had raised this with the technical team and I would be contacted with updates. I received a text saying more information was needed but when i contacted the live chat again they had system issues. I contacted the complaints team as this issue has gone on for days now and they said the technical team had closed the ticket saying it was completed! Incoming calls coming through on old phone

I just transferred from EE to ID mobile, gave my PAC number, new SIM is activated and yet when someone calls me it comes through on my old phone not my new one i got with the ID contract.Messages are okay and i can call people but when they call me i get nothing on my new phone. Does anyone have the answer? I tried the live chat and they basically couldn't help. Having to go on community forums to fix such a basic thing. i'm so dissapointed in ID Mobile.  Help is appreciated.

EE PAC code for family package

Hi All,I am bit lost here that how it will work.My husband had a sim contract with ee and took out two more sims under his sim as family. We he got PAC code ee gave one PAC code for all three.Now situation is that my husband old number transferred on id mobile network but mine and my brother in law number is not transferred.help from the management will be highly appreciated.thanks.

I'm trying to move my number back from Vodafone to iD but they're telling me i have to wait 7 days

I had a contract with iD that I wanted to pay off early so I've requested a PAC code and moved my number to Vodafone on a PAYG SIM. The number has now been transferred however when requesting a PAC off them they're telling me I have to wait 7 days for a new code to generate from them. Is this correct or are they telling me lies?

£100 Currys Voucher - link from Money Saving Expert - SCAM?

I ordered my Pixel 7 on the 19th November through an affiliate link on MSE’s phone finder tool. I was told that I’d get a £100 Currys Voucher, and that’s the ONLY reason I joined this god forsaken network. Why am I yet to receive my voucher, 30 days AFTER the promo has ended?

Can't upgrade phone - "Some of your personal details are invalid or missing"

 I am trying to upgrade my phone after a r 24 month contract Every time I try to check out, I get the error message  “Some of your personal details seem to be invalid or missing. Please call 7777 to update your details.”   Is is because my address has changed since I purchased the phone and if so how can I fix this??   Please help!   Thanks
