Can't connect to iD network on new phone

Hi I have just swapped my htc m8 to a Samsung galaxy s7. It is unlocked to any provider. My iD sim does not work in the s7. I have tried my sim in another s7 and it works. I have tried another iD sim in my phone and it doesn't work. When I boot up the phone I see the iD symbol in the lock screen. In the settings menu, in connections, I see iD selected as the access point name. All the settings in the access point match the settings on the iD web page. I can not make calls, or access internet. Please can someone advise. thanks Andrew

P20 not detecting SIM

I recently upgraded and after activating my new SIM, my old phone started working but the new one hasn't started working yet. It has been almost a day when i said it may take up to an hour. I have correctly inserted the SIM and it appears to be in perfect condition

why overcharged for data usage 0.08mb=85 pench????

Hi.how charging my bill 0.85 pounds 0.08mb ???Because every month not used 4gb internet. i have the rollover 8gb internet every months.not used 4gb . every months moving the next month 4gb internet !!! HOW CAN USE 0.08MB internet?????????????????? you stolen my money????? eu roaming is free to europe. No confirmation Email?

Hi, I ordered a pay monthly phone online yesterday, completed the whole process online. I was then shown a message saying that I would be receiving a confirmation Email that the order had been placed, Etc. But I have received no such Email as yet, although I have received two Emails from ID regarding a handset left in my basket (which isn't there!) and another similar Email. Does this mean my order has not been placed or should I wait for confirmation? Thanks J

My phone doesn't make calls, it just cancels them while dialling

When I am trying to call anyone, my phone cancels the call before I even hear the dial tone. I can't use my phone and this is really making my life difficult.

Unable to complete upgrade process

I have recently taken up on the offer to upgrade via the iD Mobile app, however when it gets around to confirming payment (step 3 of 4, this is a free upgrade from my P9 Lite to a P20 Lite, mind you) the app sends me back to the shopping cart to restart the entire process. I have also tried to upgrade on the website from my desktop PC, to which I have had the [b]exact same result.[/b] Is there any specific reason this is happening to me? Or is your website just broken? I have been trying to upgrade for two days now and my patience is wearing thin and I'm close to considering taking other options elsewhere. Can I at least cancel my current mobile plan until this upgrade is sorted out? I don't want to pay anymore for this phone which has been paid off for two months now. Edit: For clarification, my current contract ended in August 2018. Edit 2: Now I can't even get into the shopping basket on the website, jesus christ guys.

Sales - what is going on

I ordered a SIM only. Keep getting an email you need to speak to me, I tried calling yesterday 1 hr later and 3 people who kept asking the same qns they couldn't help me to and told me to re-order. (Same email as this forum) Your sales team need to call me, please. I spoke with Branwyn (Sales) who promised to call back yesterday but didn't. Getting really frustrated. Keep number when upgrading

I am upgrading from a monthly contract to a sim only and want to keep my old number. what process do I need to follow when the new SIM card arrives? so far I have put the new SIM card in the phone but it has a new number & when I go online my account still shows my old number and account thanks for any advice jujay

End contract, but keep the number.

Hello! I'd like to end my contract but keep the SIM card on "Pay as you go" basis. When I try to end the contract via the app, after selecting that i'd like to keep the number, it says that if I don't use the PAC code provided, I will continue to be charged for the currect contract. Ok so in summary: I want to stop paying the monthly contract and instead just top up when I need to. And I dont want to use the PAC code (I will be staying with ID). Can anyone tell me how to go about this? Thanks!

Cancelling my contract

I have been trying to pay out my contract, but my phone won’t turn on, and it’s asked me to reset my password. I’ve attempted to contact Id customer service through my new phone and have had no luck whatsoever in getting in touch, I really don’t want to get charged anymore when I’m paying for a new phone

Using new SIM in different phones

I've recently given notice to end my existing contract (with Vodafone) and my plan is to go onto a SIM only contract with iD. My contract with vodafone ends (and my PAC will expire) at the beginning of November and I'm concerned that my new mobile won't be delivered in time for me to use the iD sim in it and transfer my number over before my existing contract is cut off (my current phone is virtually unusable and locked to vodafone and my new phone is a Xiaomi to be delivered from China/or hopefully an EU distribution centre within ~30 days). I don't want to risk my current number getting disconnected or going any time without this number available in case of important calls. My question is: Can I buy a cheap sim free mobile (eg. £12.95 from Argos) and use the iD sim in it and transfer my number to the sim, and then when my Xiaomi arrives move the sim into the Xiaomi? Thanks very much for your help.

How Do You Contact Someone At ID For Help???

I'm starting to regret signing up with this company just because it was the best on offer cost wise. Trying for 2 days to contact them and have tried chat, telephone, and facebook messaging! I have no service as I got a new iPhone and the ID Sim does not work in it. It's a problem their end and they know about it but I can't get in touch with them to get a new sim. Pathetic customer service really but I suppose you get what you pay for. Anyone know either how to get a new sim or know any resolution to the iPhone xs problem? Thanks C

Wifi call not working

I am not quite sure when my wifi calling stopped worked however, it no longer is. When I’m in an area with signal my 3g 4g or whatever works fine but in an area where I have no signal and only wifi nothing appears for the wifi calls. I have an iphone7+ all with the correct iOS update so I’m unsure of what to do. Please advise Thank you

Went on my app today and it asked me if I was using my new SIM. I've been using it for the last 4 months so I clicked yes, now my phone is only allowing emergency calls. Any ideas what's went wrong?
