Unable to adjust APN settings

I followed the thread for unable to access data roaming and followed the instructions to reset the APN. I have an IPhone 6Splus and it does not allow me to access or change the APN. I am unable to use my phone and it is for work. Regretting transferring from Virgin at this time and NO CUSTOMER SERVICES please help as I’m loosing money now

Not receiving sms or calls.

Hi my problem started 3 days ago, when people ring me it goes straight to voicemail for them, when they send me a text i do not recieve them and now when i call any number it says my service wont let me have access to this number had this happened to anybody else? And is there a way to fix this? I have paid my monthly balance and can send sms

App not working

I tried going on my app today on 13/11/18 @04:18 but tells me oops we couldn't process that action I tried via fingerprint password and pin all got the same message I use the app daily too keep up to date with it all but yet won't let me now I checked my play store to see if there was an update but no avail I use a galaxy s8 running the latest software available to it right now so basically want to know why it's not working

Hi i tried to buy a sim yesterday i gave all my details for the credit check, but after trying to pay it said that the transaction was refused by the bank card.After 2 more try i gave up and bought the SIM somewhere else.This morning i found 3 transactions for the amount of £0,01 into my bank account that could be the 3 trials done on your site. Could you please explain?

I have been charged £1 more than usual for the last 3 months... Why?

For some reason I am being charged exactly £1 more than usual on my bill. I have capped my data and calls so I can't go over.

Being slightly overcharged by iDMobile every month - please correct

It's terrible that iDMobile don't have any email or online support ticket customer service option, so my only option (as there's no one on 'chat') is to ask here. I'm on this plan: [h3]ShockProof - £5.00.[/h3] I used to be charged 5.00. However, for many months now I am always charged 5.30 every month. I've carefully checked by bills and it doesn't mention the reason for the extra 30 pence every month. The calculations on the bill are: [i]This month's account charges[/i] [i]Monthly Recurring Charge From: 12/10/18 To: 11/11/18 £4.17 UK From: 13/09/18 To: 10/10/18 £0.25 Sub[/i] [i]Total for this invoice £4.42[/i] [i]VAT @ 20% £0.88[/i] [i]Total charges for this month £5.30[/i] Can you please correct this and only charge me what it should be, five pounds a month? Old Mobile Phone

When I joined iD a week ago I was offered a £150 rebate for my old phone and was told that a envelope for this would arrive separately. It has not arrived and there seems to be no other way to contact iD to find out where it is!

Reading Bill - PDF

Just tried on the app to read last months bill details for the first time (never read a bill before) and it says "no application available to perform this operation". My android phone reads other PDF files but I downloaded the adobe app anyway but it still won't open the file. Any ideas please.

Nokia 3310 3G not sending SMS

Hi Mu Nokia 3310 3G will not send SMS to any phone number. I can send a message to myself, but anyone else is a no! I have checked the message centre number, restarted the phone, reset the phone. The SIM worked fine in the previous phone I had. Any help would be great. Thanks Craig

Galaxy S7 Oreo upgrade

My Galaxy S7 (with host network 3 firmware) had iD 4G calling and Wi-Fi calling on Nougat (Android 7) It recently updated to Oreo (Android 8) and now it no longer does 4G calling, won't logon to the 4G 800Mhz net and Wi-Fi calling is gone. When I insert a 3 PAYG sim, the options all reappear. So it's obviously an iD issue.

New Phone, old sim

I just bought a new I-phone 6s to replace my old broken one and I've just transferred the sim from the old phone to the new phone however it just says no service and I'm sure in which part the fault is held. Any suggestions much appreciated I feel like it must be a fairly common problem

My SIM card

My SIM card isn't working and when me and my dad went into carphone warehouse in marshbarton retail park on Saturday 3 November they said it will take 24hrs for the SIM card to activate it is now late Monday night and I still don't have a signal I know it isn't my location because I have stood in places where it said the SIM had coverage. Please help Yours sincerely jago

I have apparently changed from SIM only to 24 month plan which i cannot leave

I am shocked to learn that from sim only no contract plan i have this year back in April changed to a 24 monthly pay plan which i can't remember doing it. The worse is that i am locked with it till 2020 and cannot leave without a cancellation fee of almost £300. I am livid. Isn't there a law against keeping a customer prisoner even after been with the company ID for almost 2 years, but now having to remain unwillingly up to 2020??? Has anyone had a similar problem? I found a better deal and want to be free to change to it without having to pay for service i won't use up to 2020 as punishment or be a prisoner of it up to 2020??!! I am sure this is against all the principles of free movement and liberty!
