How to register

Every time I try to register, it says 'sorry something went wrong. Please try again.' I've typed my number I previously ha in because another number didn't come with the phone. Could someone please help me?

ONE CONTACT I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE TEXTS FROM

I have contacts on my phone whom I can call, receive calls from, text and receive texts from. All except one contact whom I can call, she can return my calls, I can text her, but I am unable to see any of her text messages. I cannot fathom out why!! Any ideas please. Thanking you in anticipation!

Three to id

Currently on three network, when asking them for pac to transfer my number to id I was told it's not straight forward because of the same network. Is that true? Do I need to go from paymonthly to payg first and then get a PAC?

Why can't I receive calls and texts from some people?

So after switching to ID Mobile, I went through the process to keep my number and it all went through, but since I have, only a few people are able to actually call or text me. This has caused a big issue from my bank not being able to call me to verify payments and new recipients. Anything from another ID user is absolutely fine by the looks of it, but there isn't any correlation with anyone else trying to text or call. I've had confirmation that the port was successful and I am using my old number. Has anyone else been through this? Any solution or idea why it has happened?

Need second account

Hi, I've had an account with ID for a couple of years for my daughter's phone. I just upgraded that to sim only. I've also just ordered and received a new phone for me. However, I don't know how to activate the sim with a new phone number and/or a new account. When I go into the phone settings it says 'number unknown'. I don't want to use my daughter's number, obviously, and I don't want to transfer my existing number (w/Three) because that phone is still in use. Cheers :slight_smile: Bev

The phone number that shows when I text or phone someone?

An anyone tell me how to resolve this. I ported over to I’d a month or so back using the pac code I took my number with me from my previous provider. If I phone someone or they call me no problem. But....when I text someone they get the temporal phone number that I got originally with the I’d sim. Therefore anyone that I text doesn’t know it’s me, how can I fix this ?

Dear ID Mobile and Community, I recently called customer service with regards to changing my plan. The sales representative did all the usual stuff and informed me that my plan should be updated. However, my ID app still shows the old plan and it has been more than 24 hours. My question is, how long does it take to update or activate to the new plan? Thanks.

Keeping upgraded phone for christmas

My 13 yr old daugher has an ID mobile.the contract is in my name and she is due for upgrade. I have seen a deal and thinking of ordering it but i want to keep it until xmas as her present. She knows that she is getting it as this was what she asked for, so i dont mind if she gets texts etc. But im worried about the month delay between receiving phone and turning it on and activating it. Will this cause problems for the phone and transferring her number on the day? Can she contine to use her old mobile for the next month? Any advice around best timeframes would be welcome. Thanks in advance

Cannot access my ID account.

My phone was stolen 2 months or so ago, and I requested a new sim. Ive been busy so never got round to activating it. Also, I cannot access my ID account. I try to follow the link from my email address that the invoices are sent to, but it prompts me for a password and email. I attempt with my email address i receive the invoices, but it says that it doesnt exist, which is weird. I tried the email and password recovery, i put in the correct information on the first step, but then it asks for a security code, which i assume is being sent to my unactivated sim. Im stuck and dont know how to proceed. How would i get access to my account. Is it also possible to activate a sim from my account?
