How do I set my apn setting on my iPhone xs

ive been told to set my apn as I'm unable to use my phone abroad. However, I can't get this up in setting. if i put my girlfriends sim in this function appears, when I put mine back in it disappears. How can I set something that's not there?..

SIM Not working in the EU

My id mobile sim is fitted into a car and used for data connections. Since crossing the channel i am not able to connect up and use any functionality. My car settings are all set for roaming, and so it appears is my id mobile sim. But end results is that the car doesn't connect to the network. The car knows that Orange F (French network) is about and is supposedly trying to connect, but it never does.

Sim not arrived

I signed up on Tuesday 19th Feb. I had an email saying my sim was dispatched on Tuesday 19th Feb. I had an email on Wednesday 20th Feb billing me! It is Friday 22nd Feb and I still haven't received my sim card. It is very urgent that I get my phone switched over as I'm with TPO who are closing on Tuesday 26th Feb. Could you send me another sim card?

Voicemail Notification on Note 9 [dual sim]

Since joining ID I am not able to get a notification on my Note 9 when I get a voicemail. All I can get is a text message telling me I have a voicemail. I have checked when I go to: phone > setting > voicemail > SIM1 Notifications : that all notifications setting are set correctly and exactly the same as the setting for the SIM2 (which does get a notification) I have been told by Samsung that the problem is with ID and to contact them. But when I talk to them, they were no help whatsoever. Is anyone here able to help?

Forgot to set iD up and am already abroad

I am currently on holiday in America and have realised that I have not had the phone set up for a different country. And now I have lost services to it. And I need urgently to to reply (by text which I can still receive). Any suggestions about the best thing to do next would be very gratefully received. Thank you you very much. Dave

Upgrading and changing direct debit

I am looking to upgrade my sim only to a phone contract as my phone has recently broken. my question is that when i go to upgrade it wont let me change my direct debit it says the current direct debit will contine to be used how do i change my direct debit. also my current plan is 5 pounds a month and the payment just went out on the 29th of january so when i upgrade will i still have to pay for the month of february or will it just change to the new plans payment.

I can't send/receive texts or calls. It says my network isn't working. I don't know my is mobile account details. Every time I put forgot password/username or email address, it says the details I put in are wrong. Please reply if you know the answer to any of these problems. Thanks.

I've lost my SIM and I want to cancel my contract.

How do I contact ID mobile by email? I am currently in Afghanistan and it is hard to get a decent line to call UK. I have lost my ID Mobile sim card and will not be in UK for next six months. I, therefore, wish to cancel subscription. I cannot register my account as you do not seem to recognise my email address even though ID Mobile sends bills to it. I also cannot remember my ID Mobile number!

Receiving MMS okay, but unable to send.

My phone is an Alcatel A3 running Android 6.0. Two months old. I've tried:- [list] [*]Checked the Access point settings and they are the default id as loaded when I received the phone. [*]Played with switching off WiFi data. [*]New access point setting as per forum. [*]Network operator is set to id and selecting id. [/list] I am able to receive images via MMS and internet connection (both mobile and wifi) are okay. In SIM status 'Mobile network state' is showing 'Disconnected'. Any ideas. Thank you.

Hi, recently changed to id mobile noticed yesterday I had no 4G network and my phone was saying 3G, wouldn’t be a problem but nothing data wise was working on my phone anyone else had this issue or any ideas to fix? thanks

Infinite provisioning messages

Recently joined iD from Vodafone. I unlocked my Huawei P9 and got the usual provisioning messages, however data was not working. A reset fixed this initially, but now every time I come off wi-fi my data doesn't work until I reset, at which point I get the provisioning messages again. Any idea why and/or how to fix it?

Using my phone abroad

Hi there, I had a monthly rolling contract (30 days) with you and when I called to disconnect the phone was told I could still use my sim card as normal after the disconnection date as a pay as you go sim. (I only had to too up from the app apparently) After now being in a different country and after the disconnection date I have found this to be completely untrue and now stuck in a forgein country without any access to my UK SIM card. I want this looked into why I was told the wrong information. As I can now no longer call or text the UK.

Proof of purchase for iPhone

I am trying to get proof of purchase for my iPhone so that I can submit an insurance claim. I asked for it via Instant Chat on Wednesday (lunchtime) and was told it would take 24 - 48 hours. I still haven't received it. I rang the customer services yesterday but they couldn't help me, although they promised to send an email to the agent who corresponded with me on Wednesday. Is there anything else I can do except wait? The phone screen is quite badly damaged and I really need to get it sorted. Thanks.

I’ve brought my old number with me, that’s sorted got pac code etc from old provider and now got my old number back however ,the number which has been replaced is still showing to my contacts when I message or wotsapp etc?????? Help people are confused
