New Sim or old Sim?

I've just 'upgraded' from a contract with handset to a Sim only plan and I've been sent a new Sim. During this process I've had several emails, some tell me I have to use the new Sim and others saying I don't? So far I haven't swapped and all is still good. Do I need to use the new one or not? WiFi calling

I've been with you for a could of years. I've got a ZTE Blade v7 which was bought from Three. I didn't realise that it wouldn't work the same way with you, even though you use Three. I'm about to change, and as the signal at home is poor, I'm looking to get WiFi calling. Will the phones you say work with WiFi calling work even if they are not bought through you? You say the Huawei Y[url=tel:72018]7 2018[/url] works, but what about the [url=tel:2019]2019[/url] version?

Not receiving all texts

Hello, I have had two different people on different networks tell me that they have sent me text messages that I've not received. I sometimes get their texts but not always. I've checked there are no numbers blocked on my phone, I've verified that their phones show the message as having been sent. I have cleared out loads of old messages in case there's a space issue. This is a big issue and has caused a lot of problems for me and I'm concerned who else is sending me messages that I'm not getting. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi, i cannot send short code messages to 60162. I can send ok to other numbers. I have a sufficient cap to afford the charge and i have premium settings set to on. I cant figure out why the message is not delivering. Can you help plwase. Thanks

Contract help

I got a contract last April, and have finally gotten round to registering it to keep up to date with it. I am unable to get the security code to do this as I don't have access to the phone. The phone is paid for by me but is for another family member and they're away travelling. Is there anyway to get round it?

Unable to register account

Whenever I attempt to register my number to an ID account it gives me this error: "Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?" I am 100% certain my number, last name and date of birth are correct so it is clearly something in ID's end. I cannot even use the app either as it gives me the same error. And no, I have NOT put any numbers in wrong before you suggest it. I have gone through all the lost password/username pages and it seems I am not in the system at all despite being an ID customer for a year now.

Need help with tracking my order

I have just received my confirmation email with my reference saying my order has been dispatched however I’ve been given no tracking order for DPD so I’m not sure as to how I’m going to sort that out. I also cannot ring the Customer service number to speak to someone because it’s asks me to enter my id number which obviously I do not have yet. can someone please help :) thank you

Is my plan a takeaway plan?

I’m going to America tomorrow and didn’t realise there’s such a thing as a takeaway plan which I need to have or I’ll be charged. I have a plan for £7 a month that gives me 500 texts, 5000 minutes and 2.5gb of data but it doesn’t tell me what kind of plan it is and I need to check if it’s a takeaway plan or what I can do to Ben able to use my data in the USA. Does anyone know where I can find what kind of plan I have or what to do?

I can’t receive texts in Mexico

Hi, I am on holidays in Mexico. I can’t receive texts at all. The signal bar is grey on my iPhone. I have a zero pound cap so of course I can’t call, send texts and use data but I should be able to receive texts, right? I tried change the 4G options and also to use another network but it doesn’t work. With another SIM card, there is no problem at all with receiving texts. Please, can you help me? Thank you. Hi, I'm considering moving to iD mobile. Are there any restrictions on forwarding calls & SMS made to my iD mobile number to another mobile from a different provider? I want to have personal calls come through to my work iPhone (Vodafone) because I don't want to carry two phones. Thanks!

Problems connecting roaming in Italy - Troubleshooting and now solved

Hi all, I really support things like this community forum so i wanted to share a problem i had in Italy and how i solved it. When i landed i had no internet but did have calls and texts. This lasted for a day and then i became frustrated by no internet. I search this forum and others for a solution. The only advice was to manually enter APN and try switching to 3G. After speaking with support they were not able to solve the problem. But whilst waiting i was troubleshooting i found that i couldn't connect to any networks except 22250. Same on 4G and 3G. But when i switched to 2G i could connect to WIND. Then once connected i could change to 3G. 4G never worked. So if you find yourself unable to connect to the internet try switching to 2G, connect to another network and switch again to 3G. I hope this helps someone. Ross

A cup of tea has been split on my Samsung Galaxy A7 resulting in the screen not responding properly, I can sometimes unlock it but that's only occassionally. How do I go about getting my phone repaired? Do ID mobile provide a repair service or will I need to find an independant shop/person?

Data not counting properly

Hi, I recently upgraded to a new phone and I will gone down to 1gb of data a month. I noticed that on the iD app it says I have no data when according to my phone I have only use 780mb... Please help... 2applications accepted, other fails credit check

Have left previous sim provider, and today applied for new sim only contracts for myself,partner and daughter.My application, and daughters(under my details with different emails) were accepted.I then applied for my partners under her name, but this failed a security check, so to obtain hers, I made a third application under my name.This has been refused as it failed the credit check, although other two obviously didn't.I am enquiring, is it worth my while making contact with ID,to see if it's possible to obtain a third sim, under my name, or perhaps apply again under partners?as I think security check failure may be because I missed middle initial from name on card.
