I hardly ever use data so how can I have hit my monthly cap?

I seldom use my data. I carry over most of my monthly plan. But I tried to use it earlier today and was getting no connection. When I checked it out, my entire data plan (1 full month plus the remainder of last month's) has been used and I have been charged for data up to my monthly cap. I have top-end Virgin Media broadband at home. I have all the music I would like to listen to stored on my phone. I am disabled and at home all day most days, and when I am out and about, most everywhere I go has free wifi. If I do use data, it is for casual browsing, email etc. So how can this have happened?

Can't send SMS to shortcode?

I'm trying to set up Facebook Mobile but can't receive/send SMS to the shortcode provided. I've toggled the Premium feature (no idea what that does anyway) but doesn't work either way. My plan provides unlimited texting

Technical Support log status

New to iDMobile and having some porting issues so Customer Services raised a log number for me for the technical team. Is there any function on the iDMobile web site or it’s Community that gives me a status update by log reference number on how this issue is progressing?

Why can't I log into my Account

I have not been able to log into my account on a pc or tablet for months. I have just managed to get into my app after trying for ages but I can not open my bills via the app. What is going on?

Connection , coverage and delayed texts

My son has a Samsung J6 on ID mobile when he calls me or anyone regardless of the others persons network provider it connects but then often he cant hear them , they cant hear him . When we send him a text he often dose not receive it until the next day , can someone explain why the general coverage and messaging and service in general appears to be so bad.

Issue with ending my contract online

Once I get to the reasons for wanting to leave I can tick the appropriate circle but the continue message is below the screen and if I drag it up to try and click it and let go it disappears again without continuing!

I've been sent a contact's details as an MMS, but have a download button, but when I click on it, it won't download. All the info online seems to be about sending them, not receiving them. Help please.

Can't get passed upgrade screen when logging in

When logging in on both the app and on laptop I get presented with an offer to upgrade but cannot get passed this to view my normal dashboard of data used, etc. An y ideas how I can resolve this? App does have an option to move on but will not activate when pressing. Laptop has no option to move passed that page,

I have lost the phone and trying to get in contact with ID today is ludicrous as I cannot remember my password. I want to cancel the account and get a pac code. Please can this be arranged.

Can’t send SMS

I recently joined ID mobile and ported my number across from Vodafone but now I can’t send SMS messages ? They come back as undeliverable I’m using an iPhone 6s and no I don’t have another phone to try the SIM card in I need to know what settings I need to change as it was working perfectly on Vodafone

unlock iphone from ID to use with EE

i recently purchased a 2nd hand phone, upon trying to put my EE SIM from my old phone in i was told the phone has been locked, the new phone had an ID SIM and so i assume locked to ID, how can i get this phone unlocked for use with my previous SIM? any help much appreciated. thanks

Nexus 5 compatability? Won't connect to mobile network.

I've recently signed up for a sim only contract with iD mobile, switching from GiffGaff (which is working perfectly, but getting more expensive recently). The phone is an unlocked LG Nexus 5 running Android 6.0.1 - and has been on Three and GiffGaff in the past with no issues. Putting the iD mobile sim in it and viewing "Mobile Networks" in settings shows a few providers, including "iD". Tapping on iD however results in a long "registering on iD" wait, before a message saying "Can't connect to this network at the moment. Try again later". Putting the same sim in an old Samsung Galaxy S4 mini however seems to work perfectly - instantly gets the network and a data connection. Next to each other on the desk, the old Samsung picks up a phone and data signal perfectly, but the Nexus is perpetually showing a warning on the notifications saying "No Service. Selected network (iD) unavailable" I've been trying for 2 days swapping sim cards over, resetting network settings, turnin

Accidentally paid my bill twice, what happens now?

Hello everyone :) Just need a bit of help getting my head around my billing page. My bill until recently was £12.99 but since the 2.5% rise, it's gone up to £13.31, no problem there. But I didn't realise the £12.99 was coming out automatically each month as I always paid it manually. As a result I now have this showing on my billing page, will I get the £13.31 I didn't need to pay back or will it just stay there only able to be spent on add ons? Unsolicited phone calls from 02034099798 /96 when bill is not even due yet

This is happening more and more and I don't want to be harassed by this number unless the bill is actually overdue . The type of voicemail They leave is harassment because they are calling each day and leaving a message soliciting me to ring them back urgently regarding the account at times when my account is up to date or when the payment is not due yet.

Random extra charge on bill (£2.54)

For the last few months I have received a £2.54 charge (marked as UK) on my bill. With VAT this has increased my bill total from £10 to £13. Previous bills have the UK subheading as £0.00, so I don’t know why this has suddenly appeared. Ported Number doesn't receive calls or texts

Hi there, i recently moved from o2 to ID mobile and transferred my number. After it transferred, i am able to send messages and make calls but i can't receive calls or texts from anyone else. I receive texts from own number no problem. Al if the apn settings are correct a d from the online chat i had with id, everything has transferred as it should have during the porting of the number. Can anyone help ?

Cancelled contract problems

Hi all, hopefully someone can help! So in February I cancelled my contract with ID due to the fact i have moved to NZ. However I am still being charged for my contract 3 months later... Unfortunately I am unable to access the web chat and it will cost me a fortune to call the contact number. How do I resolve this?!
