Help

Since 5 this evening I keep getting relentless amounts of random numbers calling or texting saying that I've called them when I haven't! I've tried the abizmal ID customer service and they're clueless, wanting me to pay £25 to get my number changed when thus is no fault of my own. I've resorted to taking the sim out of my Huawei p20 because it's constantly ringing!

SIM is locked...again, asking for PUK code....again

Hello, I am quickly getting the impression that although this company offer good deals they are in no rush to help you with your queries, does anyone on here know how ..we put in the PUK code they gave us, it then asks for a passcode, which they gave us however is incorrect. No Service on New Contract

says my sim is activated [as it should be on delivery] but no service and the coverage checker says service should be good phone is oneplus 6T on monthly contract

Sim problem

Bought a new sim from carphone warehouse. Put in my daughters MotoG5. The phone is not locked. The Sim does not work - just says 'emergency calls only'. Tried reinserting Sim. Tried turning on and off. Tried waiting 8 hours. Nothing. No one on ID chat and no one answering phones. All day.

I’ve changed tariff and lost the data rollover

I’ve upgraded the tarriff- gutted I clicked the 20gb for £20 instead of 30gb for £20 but hey ho however I’m peeved that I’ve lost the 1.9gb from the rollover Is that normal? Next time I’ll change tarif closer to the end date- it’s a bit unfair!

I have received a letter that says that I owe 10 pound and it must be paid today I thought I had already paid the amount as it was a 2 year contract, I do not have the phone anymore but I want to settle the payment I have tried ringing up but I cannot get through, also without knowing the number I'm not getting anywhere

Upgrade - New Sim Not Activating

I recently upgraded from a sim-only rolling contract, to a new phone from ID. Alongside this, they sent a new SIM which my account is supposed to be transferred over to. I followed the instructions for activating the SIM through my existing ID mobile account, however it says there is an issue processing my request. I spoke to an advisor using Live Chat yesterday, and they said it should be automatically activated within 24 hours. However, whilst the new plan has appeared on my account, the new SIM still will not register on the network, and my old SIM is still working (except that I cannot text, and any data used comes up as extra charges on my account). Live chat is busy - so does anyone here know how to resolve the issue? Many thanks!

Orange F

I cannot connect to the Orange F net work when in France. It is really important that I can as it is the only network available in the are which I frequently visit. When I first encountered the problem I phoned customer services who were very helpful, they talked me through the ID Mobile APN set up and then the procedure for registering the SIM on the network. At the time of the phone call when I tried to register on the Orange F network the message 'Cannot connect to this network right now, try again later' When in Perpignan I get the choice of Orange F, SFR and Bouygues. The ID SIM card connects to SFR and Bouygues without problem but I get the same message occurring when connecting to Orange F. The SIM Card will not connect. I thought it may be a handset related issue so I put in a Vodaphone SIM Card which connected without a problem. Is there a problem with ID Mobile and Orange F or is it a setting on my phone or something else I am doing wrong. The handset I am using is a Wi

Unable to send message from abroad, can't send message with iD - error 28

A currently in Pakistan, need to send a message to a Banks number to verify a purchase. Coming up with error 28. Have adjusted my out of plan charges cap so I have funds to send it, international, premium and roaming settings in the iD app are all on. Have tried switching networks manually. Don't know what else to do. If it helps, the bank number is a 5 digit number if that changes anything. Thanks

Where is my SIM card?

I have tried to contact ID o Dr phine and have been told that is busy. I have tried to contact ID via live chat and it says all agents are busy. I will be charged for a SIM that I have ordered which still hasn't even arrived yet. Could someone please give me a good explanation and inform me as to where my SIM is.

Can't make any calls or send text messages

Yesterday I was not able to make any of my calls nor sending text messages and still I am not. Why this is happening?! I can't even contact the technical support. Some people could not get through to me as well and when I try make a call it says that 'the number has not been recognised'. When sending SMS it gives me error code 28. Is it all conected with me transfering my old number? If it is so problematic then don't transfer it. I need to be able to use the phone!

Request to port number

I’m not receiving my 8 digit security code. This means I can’t set up my online iD account, so can’t set up anything. I have my new iD sim in my phone & have PAC number from old provider. Using the ID mobile number to try & set this up on via your website but just not receiving texts from you so dont have the security code. What do I do????

I am shortly going to France and I am trying to follow the recently-issued advice to check my phone's APN settings. However my Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE doe not appear in the User Information pull-down menu, so how can I make this check?

PAC porting failure

I purchased my new pay monthly SIM at the end of last week. I've been unable to port my existing number across and was told that it should be ready by Saturday afternoon. No luck since. Went into a local Carphone Warehouse and they said it may well be due to the weekend and try again later on Monday. Guess what. No luck as yet. Is there an issue i'm unaware of? Live chat is unavailable and as i'm using my old network due to needing the number, i'm reluctant to call due to charges.

phone wi fi connection

last week or so phone has had problems logging in online, wife has a huawei p20pro her download speed is 350mps and her upload is 36mps on the other hand i get23mps download and11mps upload onthe same wi fi sitting 3feet apart she is on o2 by the way

Switching number problem

I recently switched my number from three mobile. My phone was working before but now I can only receive texts. I can't send texts or make calls. It has been over 24 hours since my three sim stopped working and the ID sim took over the number. I seem to be stuck in between switch over.

iD Sim activation and Port in

I am trying to register to change my new number to my old one, I have got my pac code and now know my new number. However my calls and texts off my new number are not working, and the security code that i should have been sent is not going though. Do I need to activate my sim? If so how do i do this, ps my old sim worked with my new phone so it is not the actual phones fault.
