Can't seem to be able to end my plan on. My contract has ended

I would like to end my plan. Actually my contract for 24 months ended on 05/03/2020 but it has continued to charge me the same amount. Now I would like to leave ID but it does not seem to work. It says all done but my account continues to be active. Please advise. Thank you.

When does my contract end

Hi, I want to find out when my contract ends but unfortunately can’t find anyway of getting into my account. Every time I try to reset my password it says my email isn’t correct but when I try to reset my email it says there is something wrong with my details. I know i’m definitely registered as it recognises my number. Any other ways to find out when my contract ends other than having to log in?

network disconnected

Hi, one of my phones on my account has suddenly stopped working. It says it's not registered on the network and calls cannot be made or received, but wifi connectivity is fine. The bill is massively in credit, and my other phone has no problems. The network coverage in the area is also fine. Please can you help rectify this problen asap because it's a work phone and is needed to be able to contact some very vulnerable people at this difficult time with coronoavirus. Thanks Becky

Existing ID sim not working in new unlocked phone - no signal

I bought a new (refurbished) unlocked iphone 8 from Giff Gaff, but when I move my existing ID Mobile sim card across to it, it’s showing no phone network signal (very occasionally one bar, but then it disappears again). Moving the same sim back to my current handset (iphone 6) it’s fine again. Does this suggest an issue with the sim card? The network? The handset? Or user error?!

Prolonged visit abroad due to coronavirus

Hello I have been on an extended holiday in Spain for past 2 months, which as far as fair usage policy goes, is well within the bracket. However due to COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent lockdown affecting many flights, as well as UK being behind with putting in appropriate measures to battle the pandemic, I felt I would not have been able to go back to the country without endangering my close ones with potential exposure to the virus I could have easily contracted during return journey, nor did I feel safe myself going back to London, which is now a hot spot for the virus outbreak in the UK. I have therefore decided to travel to Poland, where I landed last night, and where as a nation I am entitled to spend a 2 week quarantine in specially designated by the government institution, to eliminate the risk of exposure. Now, given the unpredictability of the situation I do not know when I'll be able to safely return to UK. My question is how will that affect my ability to continue using my p

Extra money taken on last bill

I’ve just had my last bill as I’ve left iD and it has come out as £58.85 - £43.85 more than my normal bill. I weren’t able to access my bill as my phone number has already switched over to my new network. Please help!

replacement sim not working

I know This has been asked before but my replacement sim wont work. I’ve tried switching it off and on. I’ve already looked at previous questions and they contacted customer service and got it resolved. I can’t contact anyone as no one is here, It says the sim is activated but its not being recognised in phone and unrecognised anyone ringing. Any help would be great Thanks

Activated replacement sim and still not working and i am unable to chat with an agent as everything is closed

I have activated my replacement sim card and have been waiting 4 days now and it is still not working. I am unable to call customer services or speak on a live chat as it seems ID mobile have completely closed down for the moment.
