Lost Sim, upgrades and got a new SIM, isn't active?

HiI blocked my sim card because i lost my phone.When doing this i decided to upgrade my sim and a new sim was sent to me.I have put this in my phone today and nothing is happening, it states emergency calls only.I have restarted and put in flight mode for 30 seconds as seen on the webpages.Will I keep this same number? if so, how does this work because the original sim is blocked? if my new sim has a new phone number where do i find this and is there any chance of keeping the original number? The webpages indicated that the new sim should be operational after 30 minutesKind Regards

Sim hasn't arrived and no dispatch email

I was given the option to port my old number to my ID mobile sim card, so I did.Now my old sim card, which was gif gaff says ‘No service’, this tells my that my number has already been ported to ID mobile, but I am yet to receive it.I can’t even access my ID Mobile account online, as when I enter my Mobile, Last name and Year of birth, it shows me the error ‘Something wasn't quite right. Really need my phone for work.

Mobile keeps saying vodaphone or ee

I joined id mobile a couple of weeks ago - when indoors my phone is connected to my wifi but when I look at the mobile part it goes from saying connected to id mobile to vodaphone or ee - very odd, any ideas?

pac not working

I am trying to port my old number from ee into id as I’ve just started a new contract with id. On my joining emails I was given a mobile number but that is different from the one that works on the phone and the id mobile sim! I now get emails through saying they relate to the last 4 digits of the number assigned to the sim and also this number is shown in the phone settings. basically I am entering all the correct details into the PAC entry page and I get an error message. I think the details say it is not possible to port an id number to id, although I am not trying to do that!can someone help with this please?

iD Mobile - Pay As You Go SIM - How do I get a mobile number? (this is my first ever smart-phone)

Hello there, I am a complete novice where smart-phones are concerned so please forgive me if I am being utterly dim. I have just bought from Carphone Warehouse a cheap £89 Honor S7 smart-phone. I also bought an iD Pay As You Go SIM (£5). I have done all the initial setting up of the phone but it doesn't say that I have a number nor a network (wifi is okay). I want to register with iD Mobile but without a number I am unable to do so (For the record, I have also downloaded the iD app). Could some tell me how I go about getting a number for my phone? This is my first mobile phone so I can't even get a PAC to transfer a mobile number to my new Honor 7S phone. Regards, Miss Kitty. [h5] [/h5]

if i change from a contract to a monthly sim deal, and keep my existing phone, how do i transfer all info in my contacts etc without losing any of the information stored in my current phone and on the sim

Extra minutes allowance

I bought 200 extra minutes on May 12th as I was making more calls during the lockdown. I haven't used the extra time but yesterday during a call a message came up that I had used 100%of my allowance and would be charged 40p a minute from then on. I checked my account online and the extra allowance was there. However I am worried about using my phone to call now in case I get charged 40p a minute. I am concerned that I have wasted money on extra minutes that I can't use.

My contract ends soon

Hey guys and girls my contract ends in the middle of November this year  I've always paid my bill manually  and on time is there a way to get a new upgrade now? Is there a way to pay all what's left to up to November? So I can go ahead and see what deals is out there for my new phone…   Many thanks

ported number not recieving messages but recieve calls fine

I just ported in my old number to iPhone I bought from iD mobile but since the port I am not receiving any texts at all yet I receive calls somehow? I do not understand what’s going any help will be appreciated please.

Unrecognisable texts to my phone about my account

I don’t have access to my ID app as I have forgotten my login details, I’ve tried to reset them but I keep getting an error message, today I have gotten multiple texts to my phone referring to a person named Charlotte (My name is Ryan) the texts confirm cancellation of my contract and a fee of £80+. I tried calling but I was referred here to ask, my fear is that someone has managed to get into my account, can anyone offer any resolve for this, or pass me on to someone who can? Thanks

No Service

calls interrupted

This has only started happening today. Calls are interrupted saying I’ll be charged 39p a minute unless I hang up. I hung up the first time. The second time I didn’t and it went to call the person again, I hung up at that point.

cancel a plan

I have an id monthly plan.  I recently purchased a new phone and plan, with id through the website. This was done separately and not an ‘upgrade’.I now want to cancel the original plan with id and switch my number to my new phone and plan with id.im not moving network, so am unsure on the right steps to take

Hi, I hope someone can help!  I upgraded my daughters phone in December as her contract ran out, for some reason it still shows this is a running account and keep taking two payments out? Feel a bit wound up that I can’t find the new phone on my account too.  it came with a new sim so she has just used that one and the old phone has been passed on and the sim was binned.  what do I do

Hi,I am trying to request my PAC code  by texting PAC DDMMYY to 65075 but I keep receiving a text message in response, informing me that ‘something went wrong and to contact customer services’. However, your live chat is down too so i can’t contact you that way either. I have been trying all morning.How do i get this request processed please? Thanks.

Lost Phone

Phone stolen last night and I have since deactivated my phone and sim.Only had the new phone and contact 13 days but am not insured.What are the next steps without insurance? Do I:Cancel the contract outright?  Am I required to pay off the contract entirely if the phone is stolen without cover? Pay for a new handset and continue on the same contract? Can I also activate the new sim I received as part of the new contract on my old handset [as I used my previous sim in the new [now stolen] phone?Any clarity would be greatly appreciated.I would like to hear from someone at ID, who have been impossible to contact so far beyond endless circles of options and automated voice systems. There is absolutely no information online regarding the next steps after blocking/blacklisting the stolen phone.Thanks.

Faulty week old Iphone received on upgrade - how to get replacement?

I can’t see a number to call on your website and the chat is closed. How do I arrange for a replacement iphone 11 received on an upgrade just over a week ago. One evening it became scorching hot to touch, rebooted and now won’t charge at all. Looks like the battery was faulty. Not impressed as it’s only a week old and I can’t get any clear answers from your website on where to get help!
