Moving network

Hi, I’m moving from Ireland to London on the 20th September and am looking to move to ID. I have an unlocked phone, so do I just have to buy a SIM card or do I already need a uk number ?

IPHONE 5S NEEDS UNLOCKING FROM ID MOBILE

Hello, I have a couple of Iphone 5S which we did have on contract with ID but the contracts have now come to an end and I would like to get the phones unlocked please. How do I go about this?

Sim for daughter

Hi I ordered 2 sims but was told I could only have 1 because only 1 per name. My daughter is under 16, how do I go about getting a 2nd sim? There is no other adult at our house to order for her.

Samsung S8 not taking international sim from other service provider

I am currently in Palestine and tried yesterday to put a local sim into my phone. It did not work. I was prompted when putting the sim in to enter a code. I tried the network unlock code of the in country sim but it did not work. When I called iD I was told by the operator that my phone (bought 2 month ago) was not locked to the iD network. I entered my iD PUK code as well the in country PUK but that also didn't do anything either. Any suggestions. Attached are screenshots of the problem pages. Data roll over

Had data roll up accumulated to nearly 5 gb last month. I upgraded to a new plan and have not used 5gb of data yet it hasn't rolled over. It's gone back to 2gb

Roaming and fair useage, brand new customer

Probably very bad timing but I got my iD sim card today (10 gig pay monthly plan) and am waiting to port my old number over to it. Thing is, it takes 2 days and I go away to Spain for a week from Sunday with work and will need to use my data on the new sim card. As there won't be much history of me using this simcard in the UK will I come into trouble by using data in Spain for a week? The fair useage policy is a little vague in this respect....

Setting up a sim without a phone

Afternoon; I have a sim for use in an alarm/gate system and need to be able to set up an account. Only problem is that the device holder takes a standard (e.g. not nano) sim, my current phone uses a nano and so I can't receive the code that ID send to set up an account.... any thoughts? Need the account to turn off voicemail and text alerts/notifications...

emergency calls only

my galaxy s9 is saying emergency calls only and no network connection. when i go in to search for a network, it says it can't do it. phone has been working well. i have checked the signal in my area and it is very good. any ideas? i have switched it off and on and also off and on airplane mode.

outstanding bill but the money has left my account

after changing what account my bill comes out of, this months bill failed to come out leaving me with an outstanding bill and unable to use my phone. I paid it on the ID app and the money came straight out of my account but my phone still isnt working and still says I have an outstanding bill. has anyone else had this problem? Im finding it difficult to even be able to get through to an adviser as it wont accept my details and im not sure what to do.

WifFi calling for Samsung Galaxy A5 2017

HI, I have 2 contracts with ID, both including Galaxy A5 2017 phones. The one my wife uses is useless here at home due to zero signal inside the house, so I was excited to learn that Wifi calling had been implemented. The problem is that Galaxy A5 2017 is not on the approved list, despite having the wifi calling facility on the phone itself. The question is...Can I use the A5 as it has the feature, or do I have to wait until ID implement it for this phone, if ever. She has a year to go and with the exception of the signal at home is happy with ID. I use EE and would Xfer if ID fixed it for the A5. Thanks Bob

Sim not working

Hi. I signed up for sim on Friday 31st August. It arrived Tuesday 4th September. Sim doesn't work. I need ID Mobile to send me a replacement. I sent them an email and they have not yet responded. Help!!! Please. Thanks Brian

No service in the USA

Hi I arrived in the USA on Monday. Intially I had to turn my iPhone 5s on and off several times before it would connect to T mobile and has then went to no service again yesterday. I have tried turning it on and off and turning 4g off in case that helps but it makes no differance. Your agents are busy and there is no option for me to call you using whats app. I’m here for two weeks so I need service. What can be done? Thanks Aisling

No Sim card with iphone

Got an iPhone for my husband s couple of months ago and he has just got round to opening it. The problem is the phone came with no SIM card, as it's a pay monthly that can't be right. I have emailed and called but am getting no response. I am sure you don't use your old SIM grateful for any thoughts. Mqgs

Mobile data won’t work in Europe on iPhone 5s

I’m on holiday in Prague, Czech Republic, and have saved my mobile data so I would be able to use it around the city. Having turned roaming on in both the ID app and on my phone, mobile data still won’t work. A repeat message of ‘can’t activate mobile data network’ comes up. Ive looked everywhere online and even called ID customer service (who I suspect just used iD’s ‘Settings Checker’) and nothing will work. There is no option to change my APN settings - I have an iPhone 5s, with iOS 11. When I click on mobile data > mobile data options, there are only two buttons available, one for switching 4G on, and one for switching roaming on. Can anyone help? The iD customer service suggested I go to an Apple store, but I feel like they will just tell me that this is an issue with iD.

Monqi phone not receiving sms messages

I’ve set up my sons monqi phone and it seems ok apart from the fact he can’t receive sms messages. He gets messages from the two bonded parents but nothing else. I can see he’s got messages waiting through the parent app but there’s no notification for him on his phone. do you have to have contacts installed before receiving an sms from them? coverage is fine so it’s not a coverage issue.

Hello, ive just moved house & I don’t get any signal inside the house but if I go into the garden I do. Do you offer a signal extender or something similar ? Ive been checking your coverage checker & it says you know there is a problem and it’s been sorted but it’s still the same.

Calendar sychronisation

My Huawei p20 lite will not sync properly to my windows pc diary. If I put an appointment in my google calendar from phone OR pc [windows 10] it appears in the Microsoft calendar Version 16005.10730.20064.0. It also appears in the Huawei calendar app. If I put an appointment into google calendar from phone or pc it appears int he microsoft calndar on my pc. and in the Huawei calnedar app. If I put an appointment into my Mcirosoft calendar app on my pc it appears on both phone and google calendar. BUT if I put an appointment into the calendar app on my phone it DOES appear in google calendar but does NOT appear in the Microsoft calendar in my pc. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
