Making phone calls to Australia

Hi, I am trying to make phone calls to Australia using my iD sim, but it says that my "Service doesn't allow access to this number." (This has been the case with several Australian numbers that I have tried to call) I have the international feature, which is supposed to allow me to make international calls, turned on. Does anyone know how this can be resolved? Thanks, Reuben

Unlocking My iPhone 6S

I thought it was unlocked as it's on the three network! But my daughter is on Vodafone! How do I get it unlocked? I've added it to my iTunes and restored with my details but it doesn't seem to have worked! 😥 Can someone help with this? Thanks. Dee

How many times will my Data Roll Over

With Data Roll Over, iD states that my unused data for last month will roll over to the next month. Now will this only work for immediate prior months or work for all prior months Essentially if I had [b]2 GB[/b] in [b]Month 1[/b], used [b]1GB[/b], thus having [b]1GB[/b] rolled over on to the next month My new data for the [b]Month 2[/b] would then be [b]3GB[/b] [i](I understand this, fairly simple)[/i] Now if I used only [b]1GB[/b] again in Month 2, then would: [u]Scenario 1:[/u] [b]2GB[/b] (Month 1 + Month 2) be rolled over to [b]Month 3[/b]. or [u]Scenario 2:[/u] [b]1GB[/b] (Month 2 only) be rolled over to [b]Month 3[/b]. If [u]Scenario 1[/u], I would like to know what my stacked data limit is or if there are a limit to how many months worth of data can be rolled over. If [u]Scenario 2[/u], I would like to know if my data would roll over if I hadn't touched it that month.

Two SIMs / accounts

I have two SIMs on the ID network, one each for my son and daughter. I can get to the account details for my son's SIM no problem but cannot figure out how to log in for my daughter's SIM which was activated later. I have tried using the password / account recovery options, etc. The account management portal only seems able to handle one SIM / account at a time. What do I do?

As you offer no means other than Live Chat, which I rarely if ever find available, and contact via the "Account App", which I have not bee able to access for some two years I find myself on an open forum asking to cancel my account. I have tried to register for the account app - unfortunately my details already exist, I have been through the forgotten details procedure to be confronted with the "Something went wrong" message and similarly the forgotten password process. Can't connect to iD network on new phone

Hi I have just swapped my htc m8 to a Samsung galaxy s7. It is unlocked to any provider. My iD sim does not work in the s7. I have tried my sim in another s7 and it works. I have tried another iD sim in my phone and it doesn't work. When I boot up the phone I see the iD symbol in the lock screen. In the settings menu, in connections, I see iD selected as the access point name. All the settings in the access point match the settings on the iD web page. I can not make calls, or access internet. Please can someone advise. thanks Andrew

No confirmation Email?

Hi, I ordered a pay monthly phone online yesterday, completed the whole process online. I was then shown a message saying that I would be receiving a confirmation Email that the order had been placed, Etc. But I have received no such Email as yet, although I have received two Emails from ID regarding a handset left in my basket (which isn't there!) and another similar Email. Does this mean my order has not been placed or should I wait for confirmation? Thanks J
