why have i been over charged

My Bill for each month is £34.99 however in some months, June July and September I have been charged £39.99. Why is that? Can I have a refund? Thank you

False Disconnection Email

Recently I have had emails stating that I have just started a new contract (Which was false) and now I have had an email stating that I have asked to be disconnected (Which is also False)! Are ID Mobile having an issue with a rogue employee or just Technical issues??     It may be time for ID Mobile to get some REAL staff not just relying upon computers!

VPN alerts me of malicious code on the ID Mobile website (???)

Whenever I hit the “login” button, Nord VPN blocks the page saying it detected malicious code. This is quite concerning as Nord VPN is a very good VPN service. Can I get clarification from the IT Team, please?

adult restrictions

I’m on pay as you go and have tried to remove the adult restrictions by selecting settings, but when I do there is no toggle for adult content.All I have is Voicemail, Roaming, International and PremiumHow can I get this changed so I don’t get access restricted?

changing my contract

Hellofirstly I would like to air my frustration with this service- the chat function does not work and you can not get hold of a human for advice- the worst customer service ever! I have a contract that is due to end on the 10th April. I want to keep the sim ‘alive’ but do not need a new phone or much data/ mins I would like the absolute cheapest sim only deal.  please could you advise me on what I need to do.  thank you in advance Stuart
