where is the manufacturer warranty for apple?

Hi, I have an iPhone 11 Pro, which I received 9 months ago as part of an upgrade as I had completed a previous 2 year contract.  the battery on my phone is now somehow ‘severely degraded’ and it is advising me to take to an apple seller for a free replacement as I am within the 12 month warranty. my problem is that I am not in the UK, I am in asia, I have found an authentic apple retailer but they want to see my warranty/proof of purchase or something to prove this phone was lawfully bought, which it was.  I have searched my emails and the app but I can not find this document, can anyone from ID or other users direct me as to where? Or can ID provide me with some document that I can take to get my phone fixed with ? thanks

Cancel Contract

get me out of here

Appalling service I would like to enquire about ending my contract with you. Forced to do so here because I can't contact any real person. Every time I try to pay my bill online or on the phone the payment is taken and then automatically refunded. I've also had multiple days with absolutely no service on my phone due to your inefficiency and I want out.

Scammed with a request for a PAC code

This is the forth time I have been in touch with ID Mobile regarding this matter, on the 11th of May I received a phone call telling me that someone was using the same number as me in Scotland, and that I should send a message to yourself and request a new PAC code and tell them what it was and they would send me a new sim card. Which I did, I then got in touch with yourself to check if I had been scammed, which I had, after two and a half hours I got cut off so i got back in touch on the 12th and spoke to Lyle Opperman who cut the number off and told me to ring back in two days time. When I rang back I spoke to Atalia who finished up saying that she had told them to reconnect me, but two days later I’m still not connected, My phone number is ******** could someone tell me what is happening now.Regards:- John Clarke

Phone sim settings show ID Mobile as an eSim but it is a Physical Sim Card

My Motorola Edge 40 sim settings are showing ID Mobile as an eSim but it is actually a physical SIM card (see screenshot).  I assume I can still use the second unconfigured eSim as an actual eSim when I go traveling to USA next month?

Stressed

Client Ref 11707516   I wrote last month to cancel this contract and have cancelled my direct debit. I am now getting credit link account recovery solutions letters. I have rung 03330037777 but it is closed. I need to speak to someone to sort this out as it is making me extremely anxious and unwell.

I want to end my contract As I now have a new phone. So I go to do it on the app but it tells me to contact customer services but the only people I speak to are robots, your customer service is appalling. Can someone help me end my contract please

SIM card not delivered

I ordered this phone for Christmas 2020. I didn’t receive a sim in the delivery and I have been unable to use the phone but I have been charged every month. I have found it almost impossible to contact anyone as each option requires a phone number. Can someone please contact me to resolve this issue. Thank you

I have problem with sim. service play around (one-time I have and one time I haven't) I can't contact adviser because is closed. unknown overseas calls

Since Xmas day I have been receiving calls every 10 minutes from Easter Europe and Africa … they ring a few times and I ignore them and block then comes through on another number - tried calling and emailing id and can’t speak to anyone! Ridiculous!!! Worried about them gaining access to my personal details. Tia.

Desperately trying to get a replacement sim

I do not seem to be getting anywhere with the online chat.  I ordered a replacement sim weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived.  The online chat thing just states due to covid royal mail are taking longer than average.  I understand this but they are not weeks behind. How can I speak to a human about getting a replacement sent out please?

PAC code request

I recently closed my account with ID mobile as my contract had ended, and requested a PAC code. I gave this to my new provided who unfortunately did not activate it within the 30 day period.They have advised that the number remains mine for a further 90 days, and I am entitled to request another PAC code within this period and the number cannot be given to anyone else.I have spent several hours communicating on the chat with ID who have been unable to provide a new PAC code that works - I have unhelpfully been given several but they do not work.I really need some help with this, as a matter of urgency.
