PAC code

I have just upgraded with ID and want to keep my number I'm not coming from another network I got a pac code but its now saying if I use it my next bill will be the full amount on the new device and plan

suddenly not recieving short code text messages

Hi  approximately one month ago I stopped receiving short code text messages from companies such as NatWest, PayPal, ID mobile, Amazon, eBay. After turning my phone off and on again numerous times, checking my wife, taking the sim out and popping back in, resetting my phone I still had the same issue. So I contacted the companies who all confirmed they had the correct number (I knew this as I’ve received them previously) and were sending the message their end I found lots of articles on ID mobile community which shows this is a setting that needs adjusting with yourselves.  I have made contact via live chat and was told the tech team would resolve in 48 hours but I’ve heard nothing and this has become urgent as I can’t access most of my accounts as most businesses use this to verify identity.  please can someone get this block reversed so I can then receive the short code texts?  thanksjohn

Phone SIM tray broken when firsts opened

When i first opened the SIM tray on my new Samsung hte frame was bent and weak. as i fully pulled it out, it snapped. I’m within 30 days of purchase and just want to either exchange the phone or be sent a new SIM tray. any ideas as the live chat and phone number are useless

phone not getting data

Hi I've been talking to someone online twice today as my phone isn't getting any data while I'm outdoors. When in home and connected to WiFi Its ok but as soon as it's away from the WiFi signal it doesn't get any data and I'm paying for unlimited everything every month and not gettin it. Also every night around t-time the phone goes onto black and white and I can't seem to stop this . I've been talking to you twice today and keep getting cut off. So could you please get back to me.

Hello Afew days ago I canelledmy contract on line - and I was given a PAC No. to enable me to retain my number with the next provider. I did check my account at the same time an this stated that I was fully paid up. Now I see that you are to bill me for May/June period. Can you please explain?

Cant pay my bill

I can not afford to pay my bill that goes out tomorrow as i have no money there has been a problem with my pay, this is being looked at by hmrc but i do not have a timeline of when this will be fixed! Can i do anything so i wont get cut off?

Bundle purchased showing on account no credit on sim

I have purchased a £20 bundle and this shows on my account. But when I try to make a voice call it says no credit available and the data will not connect. I have done all of the usual things like restarting and taking out sim nothing works. The bundle was purchased over 12 hours ago

I have mobile data it runs from the 15th to the 15th so 30 days as of yesterday it has gone off line saying I don't have any mobile data but when I go to the app or website ( using the at home Internet) its telling me it runs out on the 15th of August and irs all good
