copying my number over from another provider

When I click on the link to change my number over I am getting a msg to say the requested URL was rejected. Why would this be?

My phone

Hi my phone has overheated 3 times now and I've gone back to curry's to have it fixed and everything they do it ends up overheating as soon as I open it up to reset it, I don't know what else to do other than ask for support

Hospital inpatient and no access to phone since 10123

Hi, I was detained into a hospital on 10123 and have had no access at all to my contracted account (this follows two years of difficulty with a contract originally taken out 20.10.20). I cannot log in or access my email. How can I access my account please as I, once again, am paying for services unused? My handset was stolen on 120922 in Switzerland so I was supposed to be getting a replacement but cannot access my account to follow this up. Can you assist please? Thanks

phone hacked

Recently I have been getting suspiscious call from mobile numbers saying that they are the HMRC and that fraud is being done in my national insurance number. However when I ask if they can verify themselves with an email or something, straight away they end the phone.Today I have been getting constant reminders from the app called calendar that I need to go on a website, I know this website is fraudulent so I haven’t clicked on it.There has been other weird things like my phone battery is going down extremely quick.What is the course of action I should take?

Pixel Buds issues

Hi, I received Pixel Buds A Series as part of my ID Mobile contract. They work fine for audio but the touch controls do not work.I have checked via the Buds app that touch controls are turned on, but they don’t work with Google Podcasts, Spotify anything.Am I missing something, or are they faulty?Many thanks...

Dreadful signal keep having no signal whatsoever

Reported bad signal had a new sim delivered and installed and got verified, but signal is dreadful to usless RH6 and RH 10 areas.Looking for a diffrent networ provider. my mobile is the only phone I have, I am relying in WatsApp
