end contract

I want to end my contract I no longer have the phone or SIM card. Please help me to end the contract. I’m very distressed at receiving final demand letters.

SIM

Hello, my sim card did not arrive with my phone. It looks like this is the case for a lot of people. I hope that my contract does not start until my SIM has arrived. I have tried to speak to someone about this but the chat is too busy. Additionally, the phone only came with a lead of a charger and not a plug for it. Would I be able to be sent a charger with a plug attached too? Thank you,Ayesha

transfer of number to id

I completed the online form to transfer my number from O2 to id yesterday (Friday 15.1.21) it was morning and still not received any confirmation a message came on the form saying successful but the notes stated a message in 24 hrs, could you advise if this as been received for processing

My contract ended with you this month, however I had already paid for whole month so have overpaid you and I’d like it back, I’ve tried phoning to speak to someone, but there is nobody to speak to. Also the live chat is not working.How can I get the money back?

Failure to contact you

I have received several emails from your organisation telling me I have exceeded my limit on my phone.  When try to contact you the phone does not rcognise my name, my email address, my phone number and often repeatedly requests answers in various foreign languages. Unfortunately I cannot go back to the shop I purchased this phone from owing to the Lockdown so am I being conned into something or is it a problem with my phone?

Everytime I message for a pac code you send me an expired one.  I need an indate one so I can transfer my number.  please fix this problemand get a grip of your shocking customer service automated portals!

Keeping my old number

I tried to keep my number, went on website told I'd my pac code etc. Didn't hear anything for 2 days. Went on live chat spoke to someone, they said it was sorted. But then received a text saying there was an error with it. Any ideas?

I can't use my PAC code

I’m trying to complete the form to use my PAC code from my previous provider but my PAC code seems to be longer than the number of digits I can type into the form so I can’t complete it.I have tried repeatedly to speak to a “live agent” but they’re always busy.I’m seriously considering cancelling my contract already, this service is a joke.

Hi. I've broke the screen on the contract phone I have with you so I've had to buy another samsung phone. I've put my contract sim in it but it will only let me receive and send texts, it  wont let me make phone calls. Please call you help?

Being charged for my old plan

I just upgraded my plan to £49.99 a month for the iPhone 12 pro. However I’ve just checked my bank balance and £20 has just come out for my old contract? And on my billing it is saying it’s going to charge me £68! This month! As a uni student I cannot afford this!

Help needed with possible upgrade

I’m due for an upgrade next month the 25th of Dec. I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S9 for 2 years and paid £27 each month. I’m interested in getting IPhone 12 Pro Max in 256GB, retailing for £150 upfront and £57. I'm trying to compare it to other provides, what kind of a deal (payment plan) could i be expecting if I upgraded ?

charged me for no service twice.

They left me stranded after I'd lost my phone.Could not get hold of them due to vivid 19.They then had the audacity to charge me for that time and then did the same the next month which has still not been refunded.I can still not get hold of them and apart from this I suppose Ofcom is my only hope.Very annoyed at this treatment.
