Hello,I sent a message to the Apple Shortcode 81088 to cancel an appointment and have looked at my bill and been charged £12.68. I have checked on your website how much I should have been charged and it says 15 pence. I have had this issue once before with iD mobile when receiving messages from another company and had the charge refunded. Please can I have this charge taken off my bill?

Transaction ID required

I have gone through every email from ID and not one has a transaction ID. I keep seeing responses saying if you register for the app you don’t need one…. this is not true I have ported a number over 6 months ago but now wish to port a new number over to replace it. I have tried to do this via the app and it still asks for a transaction ID and there is nothing like that on my welcome email just an order number which I have tried and doesn’t work.

I tried to keep my number, went on website told I'd my pac code etc. Didn't hear anything for 2 days. Went on live chat spoke to someone, they said it was sorted. But then received a text saying there was an error with it. Any ideas?

Hi, I’ve requested a pac code from my previous provider they have given it to me, I’ve entered it and got a message from id to say it has successfully been changed. I checked my id account and it’s confirmed there, I reset my phone but my number still reads as the new id contract number. What do I do?

charged me for no service twice.

They left me stranded after I'd lost my phone.Could not get hold of them due to vivid 19.They then had the audacity to charge me for that time and then did the same the next month which has still not been refunded.I can still not get hold of them and apart from this I suppose Ofcom is my only hope.Very annoyed at this treatment.
