ShortCode charge of £12.68

Hello,

I sent a message to the Apple Shortcode 81088 to cancel an appointment and have looked at my bill and been charged £12.68. I have checked on your website how much I should have been charged and it says 15 pence. I have had this issue once before with iD mobile when receiving messages from another company and had the charge refunded.

 

Please can I have this charge taken off my bill?
