Hi, I obtained a pac code via the id app, this has been ported successfully but I haven't received any emails from you confirming cancellation or whether I need to make any more payments do you normally send anything, just that I would like to cancel the direct debit  ASAP.

Once the number has been ported over, you will usually get an email or notification from iD Mobile within 24-48 hours.
