I have received several emails from your organisation telling me I have exceeded my limit on my phone. When try to contact you the phone does not rcognise my name, my email address, my phone number and often repeatedly requests answers in various foreign languages. Unfortunately I cannot go back to the shop I purchased this phone from owing to the Lockdown so am I being conned into something or is it a problem with my phone?
