Having a new mobile phone number

Hi everyone, I arrived in the UK few weeks ago and I bought an IDMobile Sim card...but I don't have english mobile phone number yet. How did it work when I will receive my IDMobile SIM Card? Thanks :) Tim

New Sim Card Doesn't work

I have bought last week new sim card 12m contract. I Bought also in carphone warehouse new Nokia 105. I was dissapointed that the sim card doesn't work with. The phone has been checked with other sim card and there was no any issue . But ID simcard doesn't . Can't do call to 7777 and any other thing with - there is no service. Does anyone had a similar problem ?

Can't access my account to report a lost phone

Hi, I have lost my phone and need to cancel the previous SIM and get a replacement. LIVE chat is permanently down - no contact there. The only other possibility is to report via my ID mobile account - which I cannot access because - my ID Mobile details are on my phone - the forgotten password links send you an access code to your phone. HOW am I supposed to report my phone lost?! Owain

Adding a second phone?

I have a pay monthly phone with ID mobile for my Son, I was very happy with the phone/service & Price so tried to get a second phone a month or so later for myself. The order however was cancelled because I failed a credit check. I have an excellent credit history/score so I can only assume it something to do with trying to get two phones in a short space of time, so I haven't built up a payment history with ID mobile. If that's the case, any idea how long I will need to leave it before trying again?

App not available for XA1

came today sim card! put in my phone, wanted to download the app (ID app) play market indicated that the application is not available in my phone ( sony expiria xa1 ) android 8.0.0 before that I used GIFFGAFF their application is working ( giffgaff app) I'm not very happy at the moment what do you tell me about this?

I have been over charged

Still haven't recieved sim

Orfered new phone Fri and my phone was delivered sun after going awol for 24hrs (was meant to be saturday but driver said he couldnt find my house. I live in a pretty standard street easily found on google maps). So now i have the phone but i dont have the sim, what's happening? I cant see an obvious way to contact ID as the live chat keeps throwing me out as its too busy. How long do u wait for sim? I also have ID acount for my daughters phone but i dont seem to be able to set up another login with same email ? I had problems signing in but getting a new password also seems problematic to existing account. Help losing patience! Phone may just need to go back aarrgh!

Mobile data not working

I can't turn on my mobile data. I've tried everything what I found on internet about the case. I set manually the APN information. Nothing! I changed the SIM with the other phone everything was alright but not with that phone. Using only Wi-Fi. Please help me! How I can start the mobile data on ?? 🤔😢

ONE CONTACT I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE TEXTS FROM

I have contacts on my phone whom I can call, receive calls from, text and receive texts from. All except one contact whom I can call, she can return my calls, I can text her, but I am unable to see any of her text messages. I cannot fathom out why!! Any ideas please. Thanking you in anticipation!

Currently on three network, when asking them for pac to transfer my number to id I was told it's not straight forward because of the same network. Is that true? Do I need to go from paymonthly to payg first and then get a PAC?

The phone number that shows when I text or phone someone?

An anyone tell me how to resolve this. I ported over to I’d a month or so back using the pac code I took my number with me from my previous provider. If I phone someone or they call me no problem. But....when I text someone they get the temporal phone number that I got originally with the I’d sim. Therefore anyone that I text doesn’t know it’s me, how can I fix this ?

Upgrade

Dear ID Mobile and Community, I recently called customer service with regards to changing my plan. The sales representative did all the usual stuff and informed me that my plan should be updated. However, my ID app still shows the old plan and it has been more than 24 hours. My question is, how long does it take to update or activate to the new plan? Thanks.
