I blocked my sim card because i lost my phone.
When doing this i decided to upgrade my sim and a new sim was sent to me.
I have put this in my phone today and nothing is happening, it states emergency calls only.
I have restarted and put in flight mode for 30 seconds as seen on the webpages.
Will I keep this same number? if so, how does this work because the original sim is blocked? if my new sim has a new phone number where do i find this and is there any chance of keeping the original number?
The webpages indicated that the new sim should be operational after 30 minutes
