Unable to access account


When I try and log into my account it says my details don’t match and eventually it is locked try again in fifteen minutes. I use a password manager so my details are correct and if  try and use the forgot password facility the promised OTP never comes despite using the resend option. This has been going on for some time and now it has failed to send the OTP and has locked me out. This has been going on for a while.

I should have posted the complaint earlier, I have just tried again using the same password manager and it has let me in, and the requested OTP’s never arrived!
