When I took the plan out it offered 3 months, yet no email to say how to activate or get the offer., NO emails received with offer or when Sim arrived. Site is very poor in it’s setup - no live chat etc

Hi I joined ID mobile & was promised 3 months free Apple TV but I can’t seem to find the promotion on the email sent when joining . Can you please resend the email to me please with the link to activate that ?

I have no link for Apple TV either or  the data roaming. I have searched through every email I have received!

I got a iPhone 15 Tuesday 3rd September.

i have not received the Apple TV email

i meant in 30gb of free EU roaming? Is that just automatically applied to my account

For the Apple Services Offer Click the banners in your order confirmation email, or in the email we send you 12 days after your purchase.

EU Roaming limit is automatically applied as all new purchases and upgrades have a 30GB Roaming limit in inclusive countries.

Hi I also never received any confirmation of this offer on my emails. There is no banner or link to follow. I purchased my phone and contract 30th September.

I have the same problem, although my SIM is in a mi-fi device.  Would a message have been sent to it by SMS?  Is it possible to have it by email?

yes I have checked emails, and it’s not in spam either.  It’s kind of confusing as I set up my husband on iDMobile, and used my email address.  So when I set mine up I had to use an alternative email address, but I have checked both, and there isn’t an email about Apple TV offer.  Are you able to resend it please?  Many thanks

We both have accounts, but this recent one with the AppleTV offer is mine.  For the app and registration I used my iCloud email, but I’m signed in here with my btinternet account.

I think that may be best as I have checked all emails from ID and none say anything about redeeming offers, just one that gives a link to say how to redeem, but that tells you to go back to the emails.  Could you message me here please, as I even tried the chat service, but the Bot doesn’t understand me! 😃

I have the same issue with the link saying UID missing etc. the link for Apple Arcade and music still work. Please help as I am getting very frustrated with it 


I still don't have this link, it seems to be a bit of a con that so many people don't receive this on signing up, even though it is advertised. Please can a link be private messaged to me, as otherwise I keep going round in circles ?

I’m not seeing many people say they have nothing, mostly that the link isn’t working as intended.

Hi. No I don't have any note of a link in my original emails. I had contacted ID before about this and a copy of a link was sent. However it turned out when I tried to sign up with that link that it had been used before and wasn't valid.
