data add on


Hello I have recently received an text message saying that I have added a data add on which I have not done so can you please take it off as I have not used it and it has been added to my balance.

Have you checked your account to confirm the text message information?

If you want this investigating further then contact an agent on Live Chat:-
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once you have opened a Chat, type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the inane chatbot questions.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and also when getting replies.
