14 day cooling off period

I would like to cancel my contract within 14 days cooling off period, but can’t do it. I’ve tried the live chat many times for help but it is useless.

Hello @missjrose19,

When using the iD Live Chat service, make sure you chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends, so you get a person in the iD customer support team.

Also, you should type “talk to a person” once you get connected, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Otherwise try a PM via one of their social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

There should be iD agents 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.

It could be a while before someone from iD will replies here, to your post.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted.

Hello @missjrose19,

Your welcome to iD Mobile email would normally have your PIN for customer service.

If you chat with an iD agent (not the chat-bot) and explain you don’t have a PIN, they’ll verify your ID another way.

Or try sending a PM using facebook or twitter.

Your customer service PIN is also in your iD My Account online - have you registered for your iD My Account online? 

If you haven’t registered for your iD My Account online - visit https://my.idmobile.co.uk and register.
