Can't Redeem Pixel 9 Pro £200 enhanced trade in

I ordered Pixel 9 Pro thinking that I would receive a £200 enhanced trade in. I ordered the phone on the 22nd August and received on on the 10th September.

 

I initiated the trade in with Currys and filled out the enhanced trade in form. 

 

I have not received a pack to trade in my old phone.

 

ID mobile and Currys have been no help whatsoever.

 

Through no fault of my own I am £200 out of pocket - what are my options?

When did you request the trade-in pack?

It can take around 7 working days to receive the pack.

@Sleve123 did you get this resolved? I am in a similar boat as you. Currys Trade-in team are saying that the £200 trade-in promotion with the Pixel 9 Pro did not exist and so I am not eligible for the Promotion. This is despite completing the required form with the help of Customer Services before returning my phone.

I received the pack, traded the phone in and received the value for my traded in phone - but not received the promotional offer.
