cant access my verification codes

Hi 

can someone help me as i can’t access my verification codes after having a new phone with the id network. Anybody got any ideas?

The issue isn’t with your phone, it’s a problem with the THREE network, and it’s currently being investigated. Unfortunately, that’s all that is known at the moment.

To confirm, is it one time passcodes that you are not receiving?

Hey there ​@Roy Lowe, we sincerely apologise for this. Three UK are aware of a network issue currently, affecting some customers from receiving OTP’s, as kindly advised by ​@WelshPaul.

 

Three UK are working to resolve this issue ASAP for all customers affected. Our apologies for this and we hope this is back working shortly.

The only problem I have is I can't get into my bank account, ebay account , fb etc, how long is this issue going to take,  I have been trying since Saturday,  isn't there anyone you can actually speak to.This is a very poor service I am currently getting.

Try rebooting your phone ​@Roy Lowe. I couldn’t receive OTPs from Vodafone but as of 3pm today I can.
