I need to change my number due to safety concerns. Can I have some help please

Are you already with iD Mobile and want to change your existing number to a new, random one, losing the one you currently have?

If so, please let us know here so we can get in touch.

A change of number such as this will cost £25, unless this is in response to a crime and you have a crime reference number.
