Hi
All short code texts are charged and not included in iD Mobile packages.
To find out what you will be charged for a short code text then use this link and scroll down to ‘Shortcode Number lookup’ to see what the £ would be.

Also, make sure that your account has the £ cap set to an amount so that the charge(s) for the text(s) can be taken out otherwise you will not be able to make use of them.
