If you bought the SIM only plan directly through iD Mobile’s website they would sort this automatically. Although I can’t find any such offer having just checked myself - but knowing me I’ve probably missed it if it’s on their SIM only page!

iD’s current ‘gifts/rewards’ can be found here - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer - and this too makes no reference to £50

If you bought the SIM only plan via Currys, then this too should be an automatic process.

And in either of the above or any other retailer you don’t normally get the reward until around 120 days anyway. And again for the most part it would be issued automatically.

But regardless as to where you took the contract out from, you should have had an email giving you the info for their T’s and C’s for the £50 and when you’re likely to get the reward (more than likely a link within an email at some point).

iD staff or anybody else for that matter might be able to point you in a better direction. But if it was a third party you would likely be advised to sort this out directly with this 3rd party yourself.

Money Saving Expert, uSwitch, and others, typically have Currys and Amazon voucher promotions for joining iD on SIM only.
