I sent my phone in a week ago now and have not received notification of payment yet how  long does it take?

    When you’ve sent a return back to us, it can take a couple of days for our warehouse team to process it, and then the refund to reach back to you.

     

    If you sent it back a week ago, I’d recommend contacting our live-chat team with your delivery tracking return number, and ask them for an update:
