Logging into ID account without access to my mobile.

I currently don't have access to my phone that is linked with my ID mobile account.

This means that whenever I try to sort a new password it sends a message to that number which I have no access to so am unable to change password or even attempt to access the app.

Is there a way I can change this or be able to access the account ?

Hi @BrokenSloth 

 

We wouldn’t be able to send the message to another place, what appears to be the issue with accessing your phone that has the number in question?

 

Have you tried getting a replacement SIM card so you do have access to the number?

Hi,

I’m in the same boat. I haven’t used the phone for months and I’m now overseas. I have received an end of contract notification so I’d like to log in to cancel the payments but I am unable to log in to the online environment.

I am having the same issue, can someone please help. I have lost the SIM card so I do not have access to the number but I would like to keep my number and make it into an eSIM instead.

Welcome to the Community!

If you have the iD Mobile app you can request a eSIM there.

Please follow the below:

Steps for replacement eSIMs in the app. 

  1. Tap 'Plan'.
  2. Scroll down.
  3. Tap ‘SIM & phone management’.
  4. Tap ‘Request a replacement SIM or eSIM’.
  5. Tap ‘Get a replacement eSIM’.
  6. Double check your Billing email address. Tap ‘Continue’.
  7. Tap ‘Yes, I want a new eSIM’.
  8. Complete! Tap ‘Done’.
