My phone has developed a fault. What should I do?

I had a new contract with ID beginning of May. And the phone is faulty. It is randomly turning off saying phone has over heated and the phone isn't hot  and it is doing it regularly even after only using for a short period of time. And it won't turn back on. What can I do. I've only had it for a month.

Hi @Slt1203, sorry to hear you’re having issues with your new phone. It’s never fun when this sort of thing happens. If you give our Repairs Team a call on 0800 276 1373, they’ll be able to arrange a warranty repair for you.

Hi had my phone on 13th Feb 2021 but it seems to be glitching. Lines come down the screen and it flickers. All software updated. It also goes black and white. Any ideas ?

Phone has now gone completely black. It is onas you can hear things coming through

We are sorry to hear this. Please take this to your local Carphone Store, if there is no physical damage on the screen they will be able to book this in for repair under the Maufacturers Warranty.
