Motorola 40 Razr

Okay, the option to hide a number is an in device setting, it would be a setting on our side.

Have you tried your SIM card in another device to see if the same happens there?

I am using a different service provider sim in new ID contract phone ( Motorola 40 Razr ) . That is causing the problem. I am not able to receive caller ID on the Motorola 40 Razr.

I haven’t put my ID number into the Motorola 40 Razr.

My ID number is still on my Old samsung phone which is working fine.

Yes, I have the ID Sim. WHn i sue the ID sim in the phone its is working fine. But when i put someother network provider sim in the phone then i am not getting the caller number displayed if someone call me.

Okay, you may need to ask the network provider whose SIM card isn’t working.

I have taken the phone on mew contract from Carphonewarehouse which is part of Currys.

The network provider is ID.
