I have a message which says “network provider voicemail” with a call button next to it. How do I get rid of it. I have pressed the button a got through to voicemail and expected the message to disappear but it hasn’t. Should it?

Please can you try and switch your voicemail on and off again?
It may also be worth resetting your network settings to see if that makes a difference.

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The winner will receive the prize listed above.
